Best PC Games Graphics 2024

Best PC Games Graphics of 2024

In 2024, we got some visually impressive PC games. The following ones have the best graphics that PC gamers can get on their platforms. PC gamers can use these games to impress their friends. Do note that this is NOT our Top 10 Most Optimized list. Instead, we are solely focusing here on the visuals that these games can display on screen. So, without further ado, here are the best PC game graphics of 2024.

10) Empire of the Ants

Empire of the Ants new feature

Now here is a game from a smaller team using UE5 that can beat bigger dev teams. Thanks to Lumen and Nanite, Empire of the Ants can look absolutely amazing on PC. Moreover, this is one of the few UE5 games that actually runs great and does not suffer from any stutters. Tower Five has done an amazing job here, so kudos to them.

9) Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Dragon Age The Veilguard feature-2

Dragon Age: The Veilguard disappointed a lot of the die-hard DA fans. However, it at least offered pretty great visuals. The game has a unique art style. So, some of you may not like it. Graphics-wise, though, it looks incredible. It also shows off the capabilities of the Frostbite Engine.

8) S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2

STALKER 2 new screenshots-3

In a way, it’s a miracle we got STALKER 2. We all know the difficulties that GSC GameWorld faced these past couple of years. And, although the game still suffers from bugs and visual glitches, it’s still a great-looking game on PC. Especially with HDR, STALKER 2 looks phenomenal. In all honestly, it would be higher on the list if the vanilla version did not suffer from some graphical oversights. For instance, the flashlight does not cast shadows and there are major pop-in issues. Thankfully, though, you can fix them with mods.

7) Horizon: Forbidden West

Horizon Forbidden West feature

Horizon: Forbidden West is considered one of the best PS5 games in terms of graphics. And, the game did not disappoint when it came out on PC. Although it does not use any RT effects, it looks amazing. It also looks better than God of War: Ragnarok. At least in my opinion.

6) Final Fantasy 16

Final Fantasy XVI feature

Final Fantasy 16 is another game that looks phenomenal on PC, even though it does not have any Ray Tracing effects. This, among Horizon: Forbidden West, were the best “rasterized” PC games of 2024. What really impressed me here was the lack of any major pop-ins. Not only that but all characters have incredible hair, the environments look gorgeous, the fights are visually chaotic, and the Eikons fights look visually impressive.

5) Tekken 8

Tekken 8 feature

There is no doubt that Tekken 8 was slightly downgraded from its debut in-engine trailer. Despite that, this is THE best-looking 3D fighting game. All of the character models look ridiculously detailed, and all the stages look amazing. T8 does not take advantage of Lumen. Instead, it uses pre-baked lighting. As such, it can run well on a huge range of PC configs. So, here is another UE5 game that looks and runs ridiculously well on PC.

4) Black Myth: Wukong

Black Myth Wukong feature 2

Black Myth: Wukong is a game that impressed a lot of gamers when it came out. This is one of the few games that used Path Tracing on PC. This is a graphical powerhouse on PC. My only gripe with BM:W was its limited environments (which had invisible walls). You can also find some low-res textures here and there. Still, and even without its PT effects, this game is stunning on PC.

3) Silent Hill 2 Remake

Silent Hill 2 Remake

I know, I know. How can Silent Hill 2 Remake top Black Myth: Wukong? Well, the answer is simple. SH2R has larger environments and takes better advantage of both Lumen and Nanite. The 3D models look amazing, and the game’s art style is top-notch. Both indoor and outdoor areas look incredible here. Seriously, this is a graphical showcase on PC. Once you play it on a high-end PC, you’ll understand why it’s so high on the list. It looks soooooo good.

2) Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2

Hellblade 2 new screenshots-6

Hellblade 2 is easily the best-looking UE5 game that came out in 2024. The 3D characters are among the best we’ve seen in any game on any platform. The environments also look superb, and the devs have taken full advantage of both Lumen and Nanite. All of the game’s textures are also of high quality, and there are some brilliant particle effects. There is literally nothing I can complain about in this game (in terms of graphics). This is easily the second most impressive game on PC in 2024.

1) Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

The new Indiana Jones game with its Path Tracing effects is THE best-looking game on PC. The 3D character models look amazing and thanks to PT, the lighting is beyond this world. This looks and feels like a next-gen game. Yes yes, you will easily find some low-res textures here and there. However, there is no other game that will give you that “next-gen” feeling. And you know what? I won’t be surprised if a lot of 2025 games won’t be able to top it. It’s THAT good.

      1. why? I stopped playing AAA games after playing a bunch of boomer shooters an indie game like trepang 2 and realizing that AAA sucks in terms of gameplay, they intentionally nerf all combat and action be it to make them looter shooter grindfest rpgs, or stealth games or story games that interupt the flow and pacing of the game 24/7.

    1. I wouldn't go as far as saying they "aren't important". But I will say that art direction is much more important than technical graphical power. I couldn't care less about how many Ks the resolution is, as long as the game looks good and plays well.

Art Direction and a cohesive style mean so much more in the grand scheme of things compared to the resolution of textures or different ray tracing techniques are used.

    2. Well it was predominately Boomers who put a PC in nearly every home and invented the Internet, the World Wide Web, and cell phones ….

  1. I really love the Indiana game, I am playing it right now, but by no means is the best graphics game. The textures are too soft

          1. Tbh, I was surprised to see they made idTech work in this scale. And even the XBOX disney consoles even got a etter RTGI update.

    1. Nah. I have been playing it on different resolutions on maxed out settings. The textures are soft only for a few objects. This game has probably the most dominant RT integrated title and its graphics speaksfor itself everywhere. You won't find a game where the materials and objects are so diverse in every mission.

  2. great list .warhammer space marine 2 desreved it more than that ant game .star wars oultalws could have been the eleventh choice.dragon age veilguard is the eye candy of the year .

      1. I prefer scalable ui, subtitles, more control options and a system that explains what options do what exactly. So yeah, accessibility over graphics

      2. Thing with the internet nowadays is, if someone wants sth bespoke, even a gif, they will find it. Meaning there are millions of opinions, it's almost impossible to not find what you're looking for.
I wouldn't put graphics in the last section but neither the top. Problem is graphics continuingly improve while gameplay and story are disregarded. It's all about demand & supply.

  3. I think Visions of Mana looks really nice on pc. I know it does not have an ultra realistic style of graphics but some of the places I have visited in that game really impressed me.

    1. I dunno, it was a pretty typical cel shaded Unreal Engine 4 game. It looked visually competent, but the art style was so GAY. And this is coming from a guy who considers Trials of Mana SNES as one of the top 10 best games ever made.

  4. God, 8 out of 10 games are ultra-woke. And they're not even GOOD games.
What a horrible year for gaming 2024 was.
Let's hope the Trump era puts an end to this madness.
Sorry, I'm going back to my 90s/2000s games with blurry textures and low-poly 3D.
Call me back when characters in video games aren't non-binary anymore.

      1. LMAO, exactly what I told yaall trumplets.

First lady Drumpfy loves Israel (based), but president Muskow is the one that will end up replacing u with very high IQ people.

        You voted for antiwhiteness, congrats!

        1. i dont get how you can say “muskow” but the indians are low iq streetshtters and not high iq at all. I think its great that people start to notice who runs things. Usually when that happens they get expelled.

  5. TLOU part 1 or even AC unity look better than Wukong and run about 300 times better. Even 4k DLAA looks awful in wukong

  6. All these games suck tbh and none of their graphics are impressive remind me of xbox360 games with more normal mapping.

  7. All these games suck tbh and none of their graphics are impressive remind me of xbox360 games with more normal mapping.

      1. If the game isnt built ground up for pc or console the graphics are gonna suck and thats the case here its all multiplatform crap not taking advantage of any platforms hardware. Not to mention polygons in general are outdated and its fake 3D graphics like sprites.

  8. Finally some love for FF16. It looks so uch better on PC with DLSS compared to dogshit FSR on PS5 even with Quality Mode. Absolutely amazing

    1. I won a copy on PS5 from I think a Taco Bell giveaway or something. Or maybe KFC? I don't remember. Some fast food chain was doing a giveaway and somehow I won. I was so hyped just cuz I never won anything but still have yet to download it cuz I was kinda disappointed by the performance of the PS5 demo. Now I feel like I don't want to buy it on PC cuz I have it for free on PS5 lol

  9. Indiana Jones and The Great Circle is absolutely fantastic. Easily the best graphical Masterpiece of this year.

  10. Haven't played Indy, but seems a fitting game for first place. I'd put DA: The Veilguard in second. The graphics there are amazing.
