Modder ‘Halk Hogan PL’ has released HD Reworked Project 2.0 for Cyberpunk 2077. According to the modder, Version 2.0 improves the quality of almost all textures from Version 1.0. Additionally, it overhauls new textures of the environment, architecture, graffiti and more.

For those unaware, Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project is a mod that aims to improve the graphics by reworking game assets to better quality preserving the original art style and good performance. This modification is from the author of The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project, and it’s a must-have for everyone.

You can download the mod from here. Below you can also find a comparison video between the vanilla and the new textures. This video should give you an idea of what you can expect from it, so be sure to watch it.

Speaking of Cyberpunk 2077, we also suggest taking a look at the following mods for it. You can download an amazing Enhanced Photo Mode Unlocker. Not only that but this mod adds a flying mechanism to all cars, and these mods unlock/introduce other explorable areas. Let’s also not forget this amazing Metro System Mod. Yesterday, we also shared a mod that added ragdoll physics to all finishing moves. And finally, this mod integrates the OpenAI API which enables ChatGPT support.

Have fun!

  1. Great texture rework as always from this guy!

It might be finally time for me to play this game for the first time!

    1. I haven’t even bought it yet. Now that the game has finally been finished and is ready for release I plan to grab it on a big sale next year and give it a play. No more than $20 though. When Publishers learn to treat customers with some respect and at least come close to having a game finished before release then I will consider paying more than $20 for a AAA game but there’s not a snowball’s chance in hell of that happening when the vast majority of gamers buy near release for full price even if the game is bugged or sometimes completely broken and struggle to try to play it anyway.

    2. Most games start looking dated at the 3 year mark but this game is a rare exception even without excellent mods like this.

May be time to send another $25 Halk’s way

  2. After the absolutely insulting launch of CP2077, the ESG announcements, and the degeneracy inclusion, I will never give CDPR another cent. I did purchase TW3 at full price and don’t regret it.
But I may still play the “extended demo” version of this game heavily modded one day if I lose interest in other games.

Also, fuçk CDPR, being a husk of its former self!

  3. The mod looks absolutely great, but it’s clearly mostly done to up the rez in the base game, nothing for Phantom Liberty content yet

  4. cyberpunk is the best fps and the best 1st person rpg, i have it withh 800 plus mods and i can't think of something that would want to do and i can't ingame.
