Camlann GamesRemove and Pastaspace Interactive have announced that their open-world Lovecraftian spacefighter RPG, Underspace, will hit Steam Early Access in 2024. In order to celebrate this announcement, the teams also shared a new gameplay trailer that you can find below.
According to its description, in Underspace, players will “face thunderous monsters, join up with devious pirates, loot ancient star cities, and make your mark on a galaxy of storms and secrets.”
Players will be able to fly, paint, and customize over 60 different ships. Moreover, they will be able to outfit themselves with over 150 pieces of equipment. Additionally, they can choose their race, build their character, and try not to get eaten by a ghost train.
The final version also promises to have 70 handcrafted star systems, over 20 unique bosses, over 30 unique sidequests, and over 40 different factions.

well, i have been following the game for years, it was much rougher than this, if anything now its polished, its meant to look like freelancer, the voice acting is off though.
i have been following the development of this game closely, so much that i listened to the dev say in a interview that the character is supposed to be from a very sexual species but the joke is that he is asexual. Its not a joke, its a self insert. Anyway, reading all the updates the dev made it seem like the game was close to finish and they would announce a release date, i am really surprised this is gonna launch in early access next year because if you read the updates it sounds like he is almost finished the game, the dude even put a multiplayer campaign in it.
