RoboCop Rogue City feature

NVIDIA RTX 4080 can run Robocop Rogue City with more than 60fps in Native 4K/Epic Settings

In June 2023, we shared a 22-minute gameplay video for Robocop Rogue City. However, there was another PC video for Robocop Rogue City that completely passed under our radar, so it’s time now to share it. After all, this video shows one hour of PC gameplay footage from this upcoming Robocop game.

Now one of the reasons I’m sharing this video is because it also includes an MSI Overlay. As such, it can give us an idea of how the preview build of RoboCop: Rogue City runs on PC.

To capture this PC gameplay footage, “VG STUDIO – Game Benchmarks & Tech” used an Intel Core i7-13700K with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080. And, as we can see, at native 4K, the RTX 4080 can run Robocop Rogue City with over 60fps at all times.

In RoboCop: Rogue City, you’ll become the iconic hero whose part man, part machine, all cop. As such, players will attempt to bring justice to the dangerous, crime-ridden streets of Old Detroit.

RoboCop: Rogue City promises to also feature iconic locations from the first movie. For instance, you’ll be visiting the Police Station. Nacon and Teyon also claim that players will be able to solve cases (by not showing their enemies).

NACON currently plans to release this new Robocop game in September 2023. Rumor has it that the game may be slightly delayed until November, though NACON has not confirmed this delay.

My guess is that the final version of this new Robocop game will look the same with its preview build. I mean, we’re not talking about some early alpha build here. As such, an NVIDIA RTX 4080 should be able to handle this RoboCop: Rogue City at 4K with 60fps.

Enjoy the following PC gameplay video, and stay tuned for more!

  1. game looks normal for a 1200€ card to barely run it over 60fps at 4k, seems like bad optimization too.

      1. Possibly both. My brain did me a favor and forgot it right away. About the only thing I remember with any clarity is the part where Robocop is in the building shooting the gang members. Oh, and how bad Lewis sounded…

    1. Terminator Resistence was excellent, best soundtrack in a Terminator game too. Some clipping in the animations here, I hope they address them.

      1. made by people who were fans of the movies not some woke hipster who “reimagines” the game for “the modern era” with a cal arts art style or unconsciously critiquing it by breaking the 4th wall with jokes because they have no real life experiences and thus cant relate and take it seriously.

  2. The graphics of this game would not even have been impressive even on the last generation of consoles, so this performance is nothing special.

  3. HS a game that has epic settings that people can actually use today rather than having to wait another 10 years to play on top graphics.

Sarcastic knock at other developers, props to these developers for properly implementing graphic settinfs)

  4. Enjoy the video that is set to private…

Yeah, that’s brilliant! Some real Einstein-level IQ stuff! /s
