Microsoft has shared some new tech details about the next Forza Motorsport game, and has released a new in-engine video. This video showcases some truly amazing visuals, so be sure to watch it if you are fans of the series.
According to the devs, Forza Motorsport will feature over 500 real-world cars at launch. Moreover, the game will pack more than 800 unique upgrades and custom modifications. Not only that, but the game will start with 20 environments featuring multiple track layouts for players to master.
Turn10 Studios was able to depict 10 times more realistic detail including highly detailed vegetation and overgrowth. And, since people have criticized the previous Forza games, this new Forza Motorsport will include tens of thousands of fully animated 3D spectators.
It’s also worth noting that the game will have dynamic time of day with weather including track temperatures, wet driving surfaces and rubbering in for each track.
Lastly, Forza Motorsport will have real-time Ray Tracing on track.
Enjoy!

The first next gen racing game. What GT 7 should have been. Forza 7 was fantastic and this looks like a proper generation above. Day 1.
Never buy anything Day 1 in this day n age in gaming…that’s my motto!
Excellent advice. Unfortunately most buy right away before a game has been patched and polished. They are paying beta-testers.
its on xbox game pass when its released….
I love GT series, and I also liked Forza 1-4, but I absolutely hated forza 7, because of insane understeering.
Tbh Microsoft suck at making games whether first party or third. With playground only as exception.
Boreza is so boring with quite bad progression system , I will stick to Legendary Assetto Corsa .
To me, this is the king of racing!
Although I prefer Asseto and iRacing for serious racing, this one have the better of the two worlds. Nothing beats this majestic simcade! F7 was quite disappointing, though, being the sound its worst thing.
The only game I’m hyped for a long time.
If they finally fixed that awful car sounds its instant win.
On side note i have feeling that dsog comments are just /v, people that talk about games but hate games the most…
One the biggest disappointments of F7, the sound!
Every car sounded like a blender. Disgusting!
“Today I’m joined by some of our AMAZING team members…”
…that we very obviously cherry-picked as many women (including one with dyed red danger hair) and POC as we could round up from our offices so to give the appearance of us being so wonderfully diverse and progressive.
If you always keep looking for this things amongst the things you like, means they won againt you!
Just saying.
All’s good here. We’ve recently had the wonderful news of there being large scale lay-offs at Microsoft (including 343 Industries), Google, Amazon, Tencent’s Riot Games, Facebook/Meta, Kotaku, IGN and more. Happy days.
Global recession is coming this year. Unemployment is very low here in the USA but that’s going to change. I hope people have saved up money.

Says who. Not the OP, but I am not going to support the devs I loathe. Piracy forever. ????
I’m with you, mate!
