Battlefield 2042 new feature

Battlefield 2042 Update 1.1 is now available for download, full patch notes

DICE has released a brand new update for Battlefield 2042. According to the release notes, Update 1.1 brings new fixes, Quality of Life improvements and balance changes.

Going into more details, Patch 1.1 packs multiple vehicle balance changes such as a reduction in power for the MV38-Condor’s 50mm Cannon. Moreover, it brings new XP events for Pilot Kills, Disarming Mines and Repairs. Furthermore, Battlefield Portal now has new playspaces, vehicles, and Modifier and Rules Editor options to further empower the creation of your own modes.

As always, Origin will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.

  1. in the here and now…don’t really see much point in patching this game. you can go outside, pick up a rock….that rock will have more life in it, than this game.

    1. Yeah but then people will complain that they abandoned the game. They really cant win here, either they fix the issues to a dead player base or abandon the game and people complain about that. I think the lesson to learn here is F**K EA and never buy their crap.

      1. way ahead of you on that one, I did borrow a copy from a bud around 4 months ago, it was dead then ( and awful) its only gotten more so. a good idea would be, make a movie about the game…evil scientists over at EA HQ reanimate dead tissue creating zombie games…standing still they look normal, but once you see them interact or even start to move??? you realize….that sh*t ain’t right. A shot to the dome won’t fix it…you need “just two weeks” to stop that spread.
