New Halo Infinite Forge gameplay footage leaked online

It appears that a new video for Halo Infinite’s Forge Mode has been leaked online, giving us a glimpse at it. This latest gameplay video reveals object scaling, which enables you to increase or decrease an object’s size.

Halo Infinite Forge will be basically an Editor for the latest Halo game. Via this mode, players will be able to customize, save, and share maps for Custom Games.

According to reports, Forge Mode will be available with Halo Infinite’s Season 3. 343 Industries is also beta testing the game’s campaign co-op mode (which will also be available soon-ish).

I’ve also included below some earlier leaked gameplay videos for Halo Infinite’s Forge Mode. These videos showcase auto turrets and its weapon combining feature.

Enjoy!

  1. This game’s release was a complete trainwreck. Launching without historical series key features like campaign co-op and Forge map editor. Talk about AAA early access. They should’ve delayed it to at least late 2022.

    1. They had already delayed the game from late 2020 to Nov/Dec 2021. The game still came out half-baked. 343 Industries are such muppet developers, three dud games in a row.

Seems like the only homegrown internal studios (i.e. not acquisitions) at MS are the ones making car racing games and the one making Gears. There’s been the recent news that the “quadruple-A” studio that MS formed to compete with Soyny interactive movies, The Initiative, making the Perfect Dark had a culture clash between senior management and the “talent” recruited. Senior Management are ex-Crystal Dynamics vets who’re was used to having a rigid structure, the “talent” was expecting some sort of Valve Software-esque “flat management” structure. A lot of the latter got fed up with the former and left. Crystal Dynamics was brought on the co-develop Perfect Dark and reportedly the project has been rebooted as a result. (If a woke desexifying of Joanna Dark was a sure thing before, it will be with Crystal Dynamics. I.e. the studio who’ve made Lara Croft manlier with each successive game since 2012.)

(Rigid manage structures are a good thing IMO, if how wishy washy game development is at Valve is any indication.)

      1. Interestingly enough I didn’t hear about the fallout with The Initiative. Perfect Dark and Fable are the only games I’m looking forward to hearing more about from Microsoft and I’m not even hopeful for either of those. I just want to see how far they go with tainting all the games and franchises we hold dearly to us.

I’ve said it numerous times already: the only way to resolve this huge predicament we’re in is if alternative media becomes a thing. There’s clearly a growing demand for it as we can see with The Daily Wire’s enterprise. It just won’t happen with the gaming industry unless we have some rich folks investing into it that either believe in the same set of values we have or respect it entirely.

I’m keeping a watchful eye on the Embracer Group. They’ve been doing annual presentations and the CEO seems to be level-headed and hasn’t imposed any typical globalist agendas we’ve come to expect by those in power. That’s why they have studios that are more progressive leaning and those that aren’t within their acquisitions. So far it doesn’t seem like they’re trying to enforce any kind of political changes to their development teams due to Western ever-changing standards. At the moment they expect to release around 25 AAA games by 2026 so we’ll see how they turn out.

    2. I remember when M$ said it was the Xbones/X seller…and then it was released like a year after the console launch and still incomplete, that’s how incompetent 343 are.

  2. Too all those who think cause microsoft bought studios just remember , look at what they have done with Halo over the years.

  3. Microsoft really dropped the ball with this game. And it’s so painful stupid, halo is there main flagship game. It’s literally Microsoft’s Mario. Why on earth would they let this game come out in the state it did, oh I know why, because they are more focused on pandering to “the current thing” , this game could of been halos magnum opus, a true next gen experience built upon the old formula. Instead we got a free to play half finished product.

It just hurts to see halo turn into this garbage. I’ve been replaying the old halos in MCC with my daughter, and she just fell in love with the franchise, her favorite character is master chief. Yeah Microsoft and 343, a girl can look up to a hero and it doesn’t have to have to be a women. You know why? Because good writing, heroic values, and good qualities that you can relate to real life. Broke her heart they day they said co-op wasn’t going to be available till damn near a year later. She was was so excited to play a new story in the halo universe.

I’m done with dealing with “the message” games and movies keep pushing. I’m at a point where I’m not even bothering with new movies or games

Me and my kids just going through old movies and old games, back when stuff was still good. The culture today is regressing backwards. And all the idiots keep buying into it, it’s depressing

  4. How 343 keeps getting work is one of those universal misteries, like ET’s, the pyramids and the Nazca drawings.
