Prime Matter has announced that it will publish the System Shock remake in 2022 on PC. In order to celebrate this announcement, the team released a new set of screenshots that you can find below.
System Shock is a remake of the beloved PC classic, and will be using Unreal Engine 4. The remake will feature updated mechanics, graphics, and enemy A.I.
These latest screenshots showcase the graphics and art style of the game’s latest build.
Lastly, and as we’ve already reported, the game will support NVIDIA’s DLSS tech.
Enjoy!

Looking good.
Take your time nightdive … already looks great as well as faithful to the original.
Looks really nice, hacker.
Looks great if you like on purpose pixelated close up textures.
I’ve been playing games from the early 1990s through around 2000 lately and have been having a lot of fun. The dated graphics don’t bother me at all. Probably because I’ve been gaming on and off as time permitted since 1980 starting with an Atari 2600 console.
Somewhere along the line graphics has become the number 1 most important thing to the average gamer.
I’ve played the first full level of this game and it was very good.
I’m definitely looking forward for the rest of the game.
A nice treat to look forward to.
Unity demo looked miles better than this oversaturated dark mess.
Yeah, i would blame UE4…you can certainly tell when a game is made in UE just by the overdone contrasts.
At least it looks like System Shock, even when at times it reminds me of nuPrey…which is appropiate i guess.
Mmm… They are definitely going overboard with the saturation and contrast here…
Sheesh… I think I played a beta version all the way back in 2015 or 2016…
It was terrible.
Talk about slow development… I lost interest ages ago.
But anyway, still hoping the best for them.
As I have missed this game on first time around, I am looking foward for it and hope it succeeds.
ONE of my most anticipated games and its STILLLLL not out. This is starting to sound like star citizen at this point. Also, why do the guns look their in 1990s low res???
