ELEX II - Announcement Trailer

      1. you mocking it but have you heard the sniper ghost warrior contracts 2 music? Its like the people in charge of those trailers are selecting music based on who their friends are.

        1. Part of it is surely that as it is many of the same investors.
But I’m pretty sure many of these companies also get paid to showcase their games with such trash music as advertising.

  1. Delete the title from the video and ask: dear fans, what do you think? Is this Elex 2 or Rage 3 or Duke Nukem 2021?

    1. usually those games are full of charm and good ideas and playing them is simply fun unlike most AAA “polished” turds.

  2. I shall not pirate this german video game not for honor and not for glory but to support german economy so that one day nazis rise again.
    heil hitler.

        1. So? I’m kind of a troll too, you used to block me, remember? Kind of miss your block since you barely add anything of value in your replies.

          1. yeas i have 3 durka durka accounts i blocked you in the other one because you made stupid pointless replies that wasted my time reading them and filled up my inbox.

          2. and then there is the trolling that you are doing now. I warn you dont waste my time i will block you from this account as well.

          3. ” I warn you dont waste my time i will block you from this account as well.”

Oh no, what will be of my life without your stupid replies s/ Lmao the nerve of this r-tard.

      1. There’s going to be a bunch of Hitlers popping up when the dollar finally collapses and crashes the world economy with no survivors.

        1. There are already a bunch of nationalists leading different states as we speak. World War 3 is really a matter of time. Capitalism knows no other way to settle contradictions within itself.

      1. good, this explains their high iq and achievements compared to the shet hole that is eastern europe.

      2. yes and here is the real kicker, you ready? Wait for it, east germany might be leftie but they are not pc like west germany i think this game is made in east germany.

        1. Ah yes, any mention of the jewishness of the SJW movement he is supposed to hate makes him twist his head in pain.

  3. >>> this one is to be removed as I already rewrote my comment but uploaded the image from my PC instead of linking to it (so that it doesn’t have to wait for approval).

    1. HEY. edgy teenager > gay neon punk progressive non binary rainbow color puke with ugly female characters.

      1. Exactly,
Some things might’ve been out of touch, cringy, or idealistic, but it wasn’t being done out of malice. Today, virtually everything is carefully engineered to push some hidden agenda. Nowadays, you’re a racist and sexist if a game about medieval times doesn’t feature black and female knights, for example.
You know something is seriously wrong when so much effort is needed in order to keep the normal/default/natural state of affairs, and there are ubiquitous swarms of SJWs trying their best to warp it beyond recognition.

It’s so tiring. When I switch to old video games, music and movies, I finally can let my guard down and relax. That’s a nice feeling, although the fact that the current media are FUBAR and almost nothing new gets made that is worthwhile (and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to change anytime soon) is really disconcerting.

        1. its like these people dont care about anything than promoting their propaganda. Like they dont care about entertainment and only care about the world agreeing with their cringe ideology, they hire people based on ideology not skill.

“It’s so tiring. When I switch to old video games, music and movies, I finally can let my guard down and relax.”

there was an article that some feminist wrote saying she has to take breaks from being a feminist in order to enjoy movies.

  4. this game is gonna be a much better rpg than cybermess 2077.

“Engage in fluid close and ranged combat with a massively improved control system”

i will believe it when i see it, risen 3 for all its faults had a very fluid combat system why not use that? Also the biggest problem of the first game was that you got a giant map and in order to progress the game and get better equipment you had to do the faction quests to join one of them. They sent you from one edge of the map to the other to do those and everything you encountered in between was a deathtrap which meant you had to save before every encounter just to see if you can do it and you couldnt just rush to the objective. I hated that, it felt like you got this whole world to explore with all those quests but NOPE, cant do it, character too low level weak weapon with awful clunky combat and armor too weak, you must join a faction to get better equipment and to do that you must do their quests which are scattered behind enemy lines while you are armed with a toothbrush…and no grinding wont help you get tiny xp and monsters dont respawn fast enough you NEED to do the faction quests which are hidden behind trex enemies and mechs, good luck, remember you dont need to kill the trex or the mech you just need to grab the item they are guarding, so good luck running away from them HAHHAHAHAHAHHA….Seriously piranha bytes are such dbags. You watch this trailer and they make it seem like you are a powerful warrior but in reality you are in a leather gimp suit ready to get fcked by the enemies.

        1. then join one. You have to level up before you fight any hig… Wait, why am I explaining this mechanic to you? You are not a games urinalist by any chance, right?

          1. dude i have played all piranha bytes games in gothic 1 you went to a camp, the swamp camp was a bit far but whats his name lester or something took you there, in gothic 2 you had to stay in the port of khorinis because the monestary and rhobarts farm was too far and too dangerous, in gothic 3 you could go wherever you want but aside from the giant enemies you could fight most enemies. Then you got risen 1 that was like gothic 2 but smaller and it was easier to join a faction then risen 2 that was basicly a bunch of small islands so it was more balanced and then risen 3 that was the most straightforward, in elex you got the largest map and the missions you got to do all over the place meaning you have to either sprint from point to point and ignore km of stuff or die fighting, they could have made it more streamlined, for example if i want to join the wasteland faciton dont remember what its called i got to go through the forest and through the desert to reach them, meanwhile the clerics have this missionaries that find you in the road and invite you in. It was way too padded out. I actually think it would be better if they closed half the map with some kinda wall and you need to advance the story to enter that part of the map instead of how they did it.

          2. this isnt about being difficult though, you are not suppose to fight these enemies this is why they got skulls on their health bar, so here you are doing a quest and a high level enemy pops up and you die, there is nothing you can do, your weapons and armor cant do it and you cant get better ones without doing the main quests heck you cant level up your character without doing those quests, those are not difficulty things like dark souls that you can learn how to defeat those enemies by learning the patterns, even if the combat is so clunky that its RNG if you make it or not, but also because it limits the amount of content that you can interact while pretending you got the whole world open up to you. Most of the game time is figuring out where you can and cant go while traveling for miles.

          3. do i need to tell you to re-read my comment? Here you are doing a quest and a high level monster pops out of nowhere like the one that this guy keep his brother despite he has turned into a ellix husk.

          4. Durka, you’re 100% right about this. Elex’s sh*t gameplay design, has f*ck all little to do with Difficulty. It’s a masterfully poorly design game. I only managed to play through the game once I found out that the Flamethrower was incredibly broken in terms of stat requirements, and it made the game a breeze since the damn thing is probably the most powerful thing in the game in terms of ranged combat.

It doesn’t make the games design any better if I have to exploit their absolutely dumb f^cking decision to make the most powerful weapon so available to new players. All I had to do was run to the Tech factions town, I forgot their name, and I believe I bought it there.

          5. seems to me like different teams made different environments and factions because they couldnt agree on making a gothic/risen clone, a post apocalyptic or a sci fi games so they made all of them and stitched them together.

Anyway run towards a cleric patrol, talk to them, get teleported to the cleric base, use the jetpack to get to the area the flamethrower is, ta da you are a god now.

            “GiT gUd”

          6. how? The enemies dont spawn fast enough and they give too little xp, you gotta do the faction quests which put you in difficult situations.

          7. how can you get good? You have to do the quests which are higher level, look the game is unbalanced just admit it.

          8. now i know you are an idiot and has not played the game, the enemies dont spawn fast enough to farm and give you 10-15 xp while quests give hundrends of xp and leveling needs thousands of xp. So no you cant farm.

          9. Just take your time
            Farm, do those faction quests
            Look some games are hard
And it’s amazing when they are the pride that you get when you finish them is amazing!!
            Just keep trying and dying
Losing isn’t beeing defeated a finite number of times
            it’s giving up…

          10. this game isnt hard, it just gatekeeps enemies with high level enemies, you can beat up a monster that is much higher level than you if you time your dodges right but thats not the point, the point is that you are not supposed to fight monsters that arent molerats until level 15.

      1. yeah but its all those years they should know how to make it fluid, risen 3 was more fluid than elex.

  5. sure if it ditches the piranha bytes “OH NO, YOU ARE TOO WEAK TO DO ANYTHING, GOOD LUCK DYING AROUND THE MAP TILL YOU DO THE FACTION QUESTS MUHAHAHAHAHHA” trademark game design.

  6. finally its announced but no release date? Weird especially after starfield and stalker 2 release dates.

    1. welcome to german jank. but i assure you, looks are the last thing that matters.
try gothic 2 or the first risen.

    2. thats because it is , in fact single A is more like it. Now take a look at cybermess 2077, ill stick to AA.

  7. Elex a successor to Mass Effect? LMAO. You’re better off waiting till Spiders stops being completely terrible, you ain’t getting anything here except maybe a sh*tty successor to Gothic. If you even want to consider it remotely of the same quality.
