Outriders PC demo is now available for download

Square Enix has just released the PC demo of Outriders. The demo gives you access to the game’s prologue and opening chapter. Players will be able to play as all four classes up to a cap of level seven.

Moreover, the Outriders PC demo supports cross-play across all platforms. Players will have to manually activate cross-play in the demo’s settings as it’s disabled by default.

You can download the PC demo of Outriders from here.

Outriders is a 1-3 player, drop-in-drop-out, co-op shooter, featuring an original dark and desperate sci-fi universe. The game promises to be a dark modern third-person shooter with a strong story.

In Outriders, players will create their own Outrider and embark on a journey across a hostile planet. The game also promises to feature rich storytelling with a diverse world. Thus, players will leave behind the slums and shanty towns of the First City and traverse forests, mountains and deserts in pursuit of a mysterious signal.

The game will support NVIDIA’s DLSS tech. NVIDIA owners can also expect support for Ansel.

Outriders will come out on April 1st. Here are also its official PC system requirements.

  1. “People Can Fly”, and “Square Enix”. Two things that constitute the entire recipe, for guaranteed garbage. Moving on….

  2. I tried it out and holy gawd this is from Square Enix… wtf…
I had the graphics ultra everything and it was low res blurry textures everywhere. All the chicks are ugly sjw lesbo’s nobody would f##k. Honestly… wtf was this? thanks for giving me a demo so i know to avoid. it was painful trash

  3. So would you guys recommend passing on it? Is there anything redeeming or positive about it?

Just asking because I have a monthly data cap of 700GB, so I have to pick and choose what I download.

  4. First impressions aren’t great. The gunplay feels pretty underwhelming to me. The 30fps cutscenes are rough to watch so I just skipped them. I don’t even care how generic everything looks. And then there’s the motion blur and DOF that are way too much.

  5. While EA now focusing on produce single player game, Square Enix take the torch from EA to pursuit GaaS sh*@t

  6. Server issues are totally expected. It’s a free demo that literally everyone can install and play, which they did. That aside, i found the game visually stunning but quite bland and generic gameplay-wise. Not that impressed in the end.
