Offworld Industries has announced that its tactical first-person shooter, Squad, has left Early Access and is now fully released on Steam. In order to celebrate this announcement, the team released a new trailer that you can find below.
Squad is a tactical FPS that provides authentic combat experiences through teamwork, constant communication, and gameplay. The game emphasizes combat realism through communication and team play. It also emphasizes strong squad cohesion mechanics as well as larger-scale coordination, tactics, and planning.
Furthermore, the game aims to bridge the large gap between arcade shooter and military simulation with 100 player battles, combined arms combat, base building, and a great integrated VoIP.

Sent….
I’ll check it as soon as I’m home
No worries man…Please take your own time
Nope…I didn’t send. I will send a blank email, just reply back, so I can know its your Id.
Actually, I just wanted to ask do you know what’s wrong with this guy, @64K these days ?
OK. Let me explain you. It all started when I just made a polite comment under one article (in which you were replying/talking to 64K), since it was having a slight TYPO error which JOHN made. So I just wanted to bring this to his notice, and it was just a simple comment from my side.
But after that I was kind of shocked to read 64K’s reply bashing me in public, and accusing me that I’m nitpicking and accusing JOHN of Typo errors. Which is kind of shocking ! I mean this guy used to be one of the good commenters here, but I’m really confused why he has attacked me in public.
Even JOHN thinks the same. recently he has been very hyper in forums, since his return. Not sure what happened. have you seen me ranting or accusing anyone or JOHN here on DSOG ? Nope.
It was the past. 3 years back I used to rant about this place, but that’s history. Things are now different. We all make mistakes.
Even JOHN thinks the same. I wanted to sort out this mess, as I wanted to clear any misunderstanding as well, so I removed all the comments under that topic. Not abusing the MOD powers. But 64K took it in a wrong way. First of all, I’m not sure why he thought my post was a taunt or a bash directed towards JOHN. His first comment was I shouldn’t be nitpicking typo errors in articles, which is kind of shocking.
Even I correct my OWN typo errors in my articles. he has recently attacked me twice/thrice in a row lately, for no reason.
I don’t know what to say, I respect you both.
It’s not a big deal though.
does it have a campaign?
No, there’s a tutorial
This is a strictly multiplayer game
then what is the point of bridging the gap between these two, when there are ton of mp games that do that?
Bridging the gap between what?
Do what?
This is a standalone game based on the BF2 mod Project Reality, that’s it.
They originally had one, it was based around real world events of Kurds fighting ISIS but in a fictional setting with fictitious parties and countries. They scrapped it about 2.5 years ago if I recall correctly due to it not meeting their expectations and also the cost as well as manpower needed, so they cancelled it so they could focus on the MP aspect.
I think you are confusing this game with Insurgency: Sandstorm which was the game that cancelled its SP story-line of the Kurds vs. ISIS so they could focus and polish their MP experience instead.
it looks like a 2010 game. do you really like living in the past?
I don’t think you’ve played a single game from 2010
Did u just assume my gender, or age for that matter? I played more games than you will in this lifetime lol
Looks nice. Not my cup of tea, though.
That’s look very nice seriously, MP only but… I’ll give it a try
