Avalanche Studios has announced that the creation of a self-publishing brand, Systemic Reaction. Systemic Reaction is responsible for Generation Zero, and has released a teaser trailer for its upcoming unannounced game.
From the looks of it, this new game will be a first-person shooter. At the end of this teaser trailer, you can find some blurry gameplay moments. Since Systemic Reaction was also responsible for Generation Zero, we can assume that this will also be an online title.
Avalanche Studios and Systemic Reaction will reveal more details about this game at a later date.
Lastly, Avalanche Studios has stated that it has several games in development. Thus, this is just the beginning of what promises to be another exciting decade for the entire Avalanche Studios Group.

INB4 it’s another buggy game from Avalanche. Even though I enjoyed Rage 2, that game had way too many glitches like characters not speaking (TOO MANY dialogues) and even a game-breaking bug where the final mission wasn’t being marked on the map.
Everything you enjoyed in it is the id soft part i guess, on the other hand, the open world, the missions, the design, the story, and everything that failed with this game is the Avalanche part, this devs are a thing from the past…
Yeah I’m pretty sure idtech just helped with the weapons, abilities and the tutorials. Everything else is a major f-ckup from avalanche who are on a very bad track record. This will probably be yet another dull open world game where you loot a cave for ammo and do some other generic survival “gaming”.
The combat mechanics in Rage 2 was INCREDIBLE (better than anything!) too bad about everything else in that game. But shooting stuff in it is sooo fun.

Didn’t have a problem running it smoothly on my rig, but i know the port wasn’t great and i said it, but the game itself was better than JC2 especially the mobility, less useless grinding, better gunplay, driving still trash but better, definitely an improvement over the 2 and a lot more fun

yea, its a good game for that reason.
i really hated jc2, too much grinding for upgrades you will never use, the story was super short and the missions meh, awful weapons, you saved everything because it all required money to spawn so you saved it for later but never used it, worse driving mechanics than the first game, awful free fall diving camera, awful villian, awful plane controls they couldnt turn.
I wish they would make another Mad Max.
The 2015 game could’ve been good with better content, that’s the main problem with Avalanche, they can do good games actually, but the content is always boring AF, once you passed the first hour, you know it’s going to be duplicated till the end
with guns, this melee focus makes no sense, i am not asking for gears of wasteland, just dont make it exclusively first fighting. Sadly it didnt sell.
I just played first 43 minutes, had enough of this so called open world game.
Everything so far is on rails, don’t stray to far, Save the can’t be killed dog, follow the mechanic, crap. It only cost £3, and I still want a refund, just to get it out of my account.

I get that you don’t like their games after JC3, but how can you call this one trash? It didn’t show anything.
