Upcoming Monster Hunter World patch will resolve the CPU utilization and Save Data compatibility issues

Capcom has announced that a new patch for Monster Hunter World will come out in the next few days. According to the team, this patch will resolve the game’s CPU utilization and Save Data compatibility issues.

As Capcom stated:

“We’ve noted an issue that resulted in an unusually high level of CPU utilization during active gameplay. The upcoming patch, which should be released in the coming days, should improve CPU utilization.

Please note the upcoming patch will update MONSTER HUNTER WORLD: ICEBORNE to Ver.10.12.01.”

Unfortunately there is no an exact date on when this performance patch will come out. Still, you can go ahead and try this workaround in case you’re experiencing this unusual CPU utilization issues.

  1. As usual, Capcom lagging behind when it comes to getting things right for PC ports, and when it comes to MHW, they massively lag behind for keeping parity with PC/consoles.

    What annoys the hell out of me, is how they are demanding I install the expansion, despite not having bought it, onto my SSD. It reeks Resi 5 “Disk Locked Content” all over again. Sod off with that crap Capcom.
