So it seems someone left a sign outside the Polish Embassy in US, thanking them for The Witcher game. That’s pretty cool and kudos to the guy. The Embassy staff was very pleased with the gesture and posted the following on Twitter.
Pleasant surprise in front of our Embassy. Glad you like The #Witcher from 🇵🇱 too! pic.twitter.com/F5tBw4jsrx

I love these kind of stuff and I love how cool the Embassy staff reacted. Both books and games are frigging fantastic so you can imagine the fan base is pretty huge. Also CD Project Red is one of the most respected companies out there. Also The Witcher 3 is hands down the best third-person epic RPG ever made in my opinion.
As far as I know the sales of the games helped the Polish economy and I also remember the president of Poland gifting The Witcher 2 to the former president of the United States. So yes, The Witcher is a pretty big deal nowadays and specifically in Poland. Hopefully the new upcoming TV series will help to spread The Witcher word to more people, especially if it’s good, which hopefully will. Fingers crossed.
Thanx PCGamesN
Chris was born in the early 80’s along with the very birth of home gaming. After spending many maaany drachmas on arcades, his father decided to buy him a PC instead of going bankrupt. He lived through the advancing and development of the gaming industry, having played TONS of games on all platforms. He is always honest and will never hesitate to give his true opinion on a game no matter what. Loves stealth games and dislikes microtsansactions, DLC and pre-ordering…who doesn’t after all?!

A building that is a sentient being. Impressive.
An embassy isn’t simply the building, it’s an entity.
i thought it was the land, lol.
Sorry I thought it was the Oldest House.
lmao
It’s a metonymy. Perfectly common figure of speech.

More fantastic writing.
I’m glad you’re enjoying it.
Lmao gotta love the love.
Hungary should do this as well. Our nation has been on very good terms with the Poles (we even have a Friendship Day, mind you), and I’m surprised why it hasn’t happened yet.
It’s always heartwarming to see such kind gestures. It makes one’s day much better – sometimes small ideas like this can make a difference.

Ever since the last recruitments the writing has made a massive dip for the worse. Missing or awkward punctuation, wrongly used sentence connectors, uncommon syntax, colloquial language.
The articles now can be used to teach kids how not to write.
