RAGE 2, Wolfenstein: Youngblood, Fallout 76 and DOOM Eternal are all coming to Steam

Bethesda has confirmed that all of its upcoming games will be coming to Steam. This basically means that RAGE 2, Wolfenstein: Youngblood and Doom Eternal will be available on both Bethesda’s launcher and Valve’s digital store.

Not only that, but Bethesda aims to release Fallout 76 on Steam at a later date, and it will also bring its upcoming Wolfenstein VR game, Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot to Steam.

I’m pretty sure that this will please a lot of PC gamers that were looking forward to these games. Moreover, it appears that Fallout 76 flopped otherwise Bethesda would had kept it on its store in order to maximize its revenue. Or at least we suspect that this was Bethesda’s original plan.

What’s also interesting here is that Bethesda did not sign up a deal with Epic Games (like Ubisoft did). We don’t know whether Epic approached Bethesda so here is hoping that Bethesda and Epic Games will not pull a “Metro Exodus” on us.

          1. It’s something that PC Gamer is full of, haha! Ditto Google/YouTube after the disgrace of them banning Top Hats and Champagne for “hate speech” aka having normal everyday mainstream opinions that SJWs don’t agree with.

    1. rage 2 is good too, i mean you got a revolver that secondary fire explodes every shot fired on a enemy in fire and a gun that sticks magnet/rockets to enemies with secondary sending them where you point the crosshair.

      1. BEST FPS EVER! Cant wait for it rage 2 and wolfestein young blood!!! But DOOM is the best of the 3 series!

  1. so i guess they have leaned their lesson ? lol and good move beth you have earned some respect and i wont pirate your games. but the ship will be on the docks just in case you try to F us over

    1. its clearly the sequel to new colossus. Machine games doesnt like wolfenstein, they want to promote sjw stuff, just look at the dlc.

    2. The New Colossus didn’t have the obvious virtue signanilling female MCs and it still turned out bad.
I don’t see how Cyberpilot will be any better considering its a really average looking VR title.

The Youngblood is the sequel to the New Colossus and it seems to be has propaganda driven as the second game.

  2. Lord Gaben should act quick and secure all this steam deal before they lose more and more AAA games to their competitor…

  3. “War. War never changes”

1999: Quake Engine Vs Unreal Engine
2019: Bethesda/Steam Vs Epic Games Store

    1. A shame Bethesda stole everything iconic about Fallout and turned it into a parody of itself.
They can’t even write well for their distorted vision of Fallout without ripping off someone else entirely.

  4. where the hell did wolfenstein cyberpilot and youngblood pop up out of no where? did they just announce these games or have i missed something?

    1. yeah there is an anouncement trailer for youngblood, coop shooter you play with bj’s daughters and cyberpilot is rumed to be a vr game that you control a giant robotdog and its trash, thats what insiders say.

  5. “will also bring its upcoming Wolfenstein VR game, Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot to Steam”

Meanwhile they still haven’t brought official Oculus Rift support to Doom VFR following the legal spat between Zenimax and John Carmack/Oculus.

  6. Thank god I can finally buy these games on steam, I wasnt planning to play doom eternal since it was not on steam ohhh yeahhh

  7. They did the math: “our own launcher + people hating on us = less sales” vs “selling on Steam + pleasing the fans = more sells”.

PS: Plus they avoid riots on the streets and burning down their studios to the ground if Doom wasn’t released on Steam. haha

  8. Honestly, I don’t believe a word Bethesda is saying here. They say its coming to steam but who says that it won’t become Epic exclusive at the last possible moment?

Actions speak louder than words. I’ll wait for the actual release to have some excitement. Right now, to me they are Epic exclusives until otherwise proven. (A stance I am taking for every new PC game that gets announced)

  9. For awhile I was thinking seriously signing up for a Bethesda account in anticipation for Rage 2 before today’s news. Phew!
