4K highly detailed and realistic terrain/landscape textures released for Skyrim

Modders ‘MystiriousDawn’ and ‘Pfuscher’ have created some really detailed and realistic terrain/landscape textures for Skyrim Special Edition. As its title suggets, HD Ground Textures replaces the vanilla super blurry textures with crisp realistic ones.

The modder is currently offering three versions. A Low quality that is at 1K, a High quality that is in 2K and an Ultra quality that is in 4K. Furthermore, the modder is offering some optional/additional textures that you can use.

Those interested can download this texture pack from here. Below you can find some screenshots from this latest texture pack for Bethesda’s RPG.

  1. Great, hoping for some good mods (or support for some old ones) for the VR version. Haven’t played Skyrim since it released 78 years ago, so really looking forward to it.

  2. Bethesda has generated a community of modders to fix their broken-ass ES games for a long time now by being lazy so we see these mods continually popping up.

Skyrim was somewhat boring imo but that goes against popular opinion so I am probably damned for saying that. I liked Oblivion the most of the series. Morrowind takes second place with me.

  3. This mod actually is from MystiriousDawn and not from Pfuscher.
Those are two different persons 🙂
    The Textures are nice.

    1. It was uploaded by MystiriousDawn. It is made by both MystiriousDawn and Pfuscher (look under the Created tab). Still, it was a mistake to list them as one so it’s been fixed 🙂
