Ubisoft has released a new live action trailer for its new upcoming open-world title, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands. This trailer features a cat… and we all love cats. It also features a sniper but… forget the sniper. Or the cartel. Or anything else. It’s all about the cat. Meow!

You know the sad thing is, their games are now better than they used to be all those years ago. But they dont sell as much, people got tired of em being copy paste. Still if they fail i can get them for cheap. But even there they fail, their prices as the second highest after activision. They just dont get it. They cant blame piracy now, their games have not been cracked for over a year.
When you can’t rely on using bullshots or pre-rendered fake vertical slices because the end product already looks downgraded… there is always live action footage… for a video game…

It’s an ad for a game that’s coming out in 8 weeks. I think they’ve revealed as much features as they could in previous trailers without spoiling a lot so now they are just pumping out flashy ads to remind people it’s around the corner.
Frankly, I prefer silly live action trailers like this instead of “real gameplay” trailers with fake voice-overs that Ubisoft started using with Rainbow Six Siege. One the early gameplay trailers for Ghost Recon Wildlands have some weird sounding voice overs. They sounded like college kids instead of rough veteran Ghosts. I’m not sure whether they are the actual in-game characters’ dialogue or the fake VOIP voices Ubisoft wants us to believe made by real coop players.
