Ubisoft has released a new in-engine trailer for The Crew Motorfest. And, as you will see, this new The Crew game feels – and looks – like a new Forza Horizon game.
Since a lot of people like the Forza Horizon series, this is actually a good thing. However, fans of The Crew may be a bit disappointed with the direction of this latest entry. Or not?
Anyway, The Crew Motorfest promises to build on the legacy of The Crew franchise to make it the best open-world action-driving experience in the series. Players will race through the city streets of Honolulu, go down the ashy volcano slopes, adventure deep in the lush rainforest, drift along the curvy mountain roads, or just chill down on the sunny beach.
Ubisoft will release The Crew Motorfest on September 14th. And, as we’ve already reported, Motorfest will be available via Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect at launch.

If I was Microsoft I would DMCA this game. It copies literally everything from Forza Horizon, the look, the car brands/partnerships, the features. Absolutely shameless and desperate attempt by Ubisoft.

Microsoft doesn’t own those car brands. Car brands can partner with any game developer they want.
Do you go on Sony forums and complain Gran Turismo uses the same car brands as Forza too?
There are literally only a handful of major brands making sports cars. Do you go into different supermarkets and complain they copy each other because they both sell coca cola and pepsi?

What an awful ripoff lol, and i’m pretty sure they’ll find a way to fck things up, like atrocious driving mechanics, clunky physics, bugs, always online sh*t, RPG grinding, just like the past entries or even worse
