YouTube’s ‘ADRIANF1esp’ has shared a comparison video between the release candidate version of Assetto Corsa and Project CARS. This video shows a sunset lap at Spa-Francorchamps circuit with the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 in both. So go ahead, take a look and tell us which one looks best!

Project cars looks, sounds and seemingly feels better. I’m biased but I was making an objective statement in the same time:)

both are great, love the AC’s gameplay, don’t know about PCars (it’s like 50%sim 50%arcade) but on technical graphics i guess PCars is better but i like AC’s cockpit view more.
I’m sure both games has some kind of difficulty settings. PCars looks better because it was longer in development.
What is really noticeable for me here is the sound. AC sounds better to me, though it’s hard to make a conclusion just from one video.
PC has better fantasy tracks, which is what AC is lacking. AC can get boering in temrs of visuals, however, AC is the better game in terms of gameplay, physics and sound. hands down.
Assetto Corsa looks really impressive . Better than my expectations . Project Cars is amazing as well . It may become best looking racing game ever .

Lightning seems better in Project Cars, but the colors are a bit saturated (maybe because it was sunset?). Audio in Assetto Corsa wins hands down.
Great Games 😀 pCars need Optimisation (graphics) but in AC The Joy conf. is horrrible (or was?)
in pCars Joy is perfect, and overall must have.
But im waiting for AC ver 1.x and i will try it again
yeah, AC’s Joy config was a mess but it’s fixed now, not prefect but better, at least it know X360 controller by default and controls are a lot better now but i guess it’s not as good as PCars if we say PCars is like NFS Shift
Hmm thats true bro 😀 But i have PSX2 DualShock2 and in AC i have better times on same Tracks than in pCars 😉

Overall Race07 is Best Racing Sim Ever in my opinion 😀
But for AC are Mods: New Cars, liveries, Tracks etc. in pCars is only liveries 🙁

Hmm now i got it, the Joy conf in AC is OK 😀
All u have to do is, make custom and then choose calibrate My wheel/custom
And should be OK, now its Fun 100%
nice. in beta it took me hours to config my controller, but in v1 it was ok. glad you fixed yours 😀 funny thing is, i never won a race till now, even against AI :))
The car doesnt “vibrate” on Assetto Corsa, or maybe is just me!!
AC sounds better IMO. The car modeling seems top notch in both games. AC has better wheel handling. The track graphics are pretty much on par. But the part where pCars wins is the car shaders lighting/graphics
There is a reason why pCars looks amazing especially in photo mode. They managed to match that realistic impact of lighting on the car. That blueish reflection from the sky.
AC has really bad lighting on cars and some areas of the tracks. Take a look at 0:38 for example. In pCars HDR kicks in shadowy areas, while the car also beautifuly blends in the scenery. In AC it looks horrible.
pCars lighting>AC. Even GT5 has better looking car shaders than AC.
