IGN has shared two new trailers for The Outer Worlds 2. These new trailers focus on the game’s combat system and weapons. So, make sure to watch them if you are interested in it.
In The Outer Worlds 2, you will have to uncover the source of devastating rifts threatening to destroy all of humanity. Your investigation will lead you to Arcadia, home of skip drive technology, where the fate of the colony, and ultimately the entire galaxy, will rest on your decisions.
The Arcadia colony is engulfed in a factional war, as the Protectorate’s so-called benevolent rule is challenged by the rebellion of their religious order and a corporate invasion. Thus, players will navigate diverse zones, uncover hidden lore, and shape the fate of a system on the brink.
As with the previous game, you will be able to build your character with the abilities and choices that reflect your playstyle. According to the devs, the colony will react to your every move, crafting a narrative that’s yours to own.
Moreover, like all other RPGs, you will be able to recruit companions with unique traits, backgrounds and goals. You can also choose to help them achieve their ambitions or steer them toward your own objectives.
Microsoft plans to release The Outer Worlds 2 in 2025. However, we don’t know exactly when it will come out. My guess is that we’ll get a release date at the June Xbox Showcase event.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

Thankfully the big releases are slowing up ahead of the showcases. I should be totally free for this when it's out on gamepass.
People already forgot about Avowed? This is the same stiff, wooden, boring cr4p.
Exactly, this looks like another avowed and the first outer soy worlds was mediocre. The first outer soy worlds did not need better gunplay or unreal engine 5. It needed better story and characters, seems to me this is another case of fallout 4, focusing on combat than roleplaying and story, getting the wrong message from the fans.
Back at it again with pink and purple, these closet homosexuals just can't help themselves.
I'm genuinely hyped for triple-a industry crash, my erectile dysfunction will be cured in an instant when it happens.
But you have said that you are also a raging h*mo, so why you hope for a crash?
I never said that but I specifically remember you said you like to blow air inside other men's an*s with your nose?
Keep in mind, I'm not against you or any other LGBTQ+ person practicing their expertise. My issue is being objectified or sexually harassed by gay guys, like yourself, simply because I'm attractive and you are not.
ok ok. Don't worry, your secret is safe
What secret? there's only one secret and that's between me and your mom, it does not concern you.
ok you are a real manly man, we believe you… wink wink
why wouldnt you hope for a crash?
because I like to play games, this is why I am here in this site. And in order to have games to play, there should be companies making them.
there are enough games to play till the end of time, no need to support the AAA industry and the crap they make. If anything expedition 33 proves that ubisoft needs to shut down so those devs can be free again to make something good.
Meh, not that much pink and purple in these ones…
Yeah, but still, the color palette and the overall gameplay look like the type of game that caters to the LGBTQ+ community with ADHD, aka the modern audience.
There's an LGBTQ+ representative on this site who goes by the name DamastaGR; he seems to be into this game.
So, they're starting their marketing campaign with or prioritizing combat for 2, and mention getting inspiration for the guns from CoD and Destiny… They've read the room very wrong if you ask me. Combat was good enough.
The problem of this game was the world feeling stiff, still and fake while it was trying to convey stories and emotions and immerse you like an RPG, but it had all of that fall flat. THAT is what needs to be fixed.
…but the previous trailer and these still have that subtle still-life feel to them, so it looks like it's not going for an "FPS RPG", but an FPS "with RPG elements". Another game that had potential but ended in disappointment.
YES! for TOW2, but the interviews dont do anything for me.
I'll wait for reviews. Summary of the first game: lesbian cat ladies whining about corporatism. The gameplay systems were solid, IMO, carrying the game.
No Tim Cain, no Leonard Boyarsky this time around. Without those legendary veterans sheparding It's gonna be a coin flip.
So its gonna be catladies only this time around?
Maybe. They'd hopefully be iterating on the gameplay designs which Cain made for the first game
FF Rebirth,
Veilguard, Avowed, Oblivion Remaster, Clair Obscur, Atomfall, KKD2 … so many great RPGs came out recently, there is no enough time to play them all!!!ahh, the feminist dykemaxxing SJW game is back. Normies, open your wallets, it's slop time!
The first game bored me to death with the rambling dialogue from characters I couldn't give two hoots about.
