Deep Silver and 4A Games today revealed the Metro Exodus Weapons Trailer. Packed with brand new footage and tear-downs of the hand-made guns of post-apocalyptic Russia, this trailer reveals the devastating arsenal of weapons used by Artyom and his band of Spartans as they journey across Russia.
As the press release reads, the Metro series has always been famed for its unique firearms – for Metro Exodus, 4A Games completely overhauled the weapons system, ensuring each gun was mechanically functional, and could be customised in the field allowing for hundreds of tactical permutations. Weapons now need to be cleaned and maintained to prevent overheating and jamming, adding another dimension to Metro’s immersive gameplay.
In addition to the Weapons Trailer, Deep Silver will release additional in-depth videos of the coming weeks that take a deeper dive into the four main classes – Handguns, Shotguns, Rifles and Special Weapons. These videos will show just a fraction of the possible combinations players will be able to scavenge and customise in the Russian wastelands.
Metro Exodus is currently scheduled for a February 15th release.

Yea, but it has Denuvo! Backstabbing devs pulled a shady one on everyone yesterday and dropped this bomb on us. And A lot of people are very upset about it.
Yea, but you have to agree, that his was really low of them to pull this on everyone so late into when the games about to be released. I’m speaking of those who pre-ordered the game already and are very upset about it. Go read the remarks in the Steam forums. Its gotten so bad that the devs have locked and even deleted threads. Thats low of them!
I don’t think the devs have any moderation power over the Steam forums. That’s likely Steam themselves as they’re a completely separate and privately owned company.
They absolutely do, the devs have been on there commenting on the DRM and gathered up all of the DRM postings into one gigantic post thats well over 1000 post.
Devs being able to comment and being able to remove things are two very different things.
It honestly sounds like Steam doing their normal routine. They always lump similar topics together. It keeps the forums organized. This is nothing new and no conspiracy.
Denuvo isn’t a big deal.
Support the devs if they’re making content you enjoy. They’re just trying to make some money to live off of.
Blame the filthy pirates, not the devs (maybe the publishers a little though).
Your argument has been proven time and again. Piracy has very little if any on game sales. And blame the devs for loosing profits by wasting money on a failed DRM thats cracked with in days.
