New Fallout 76 gameplay video focuses on character customization, leveling up and more

At QuakeCon 2018, Bethesda presented a new gameplay video for Fallout 76 that focuses on its character customization system. In Fallout 76, players will wake up in a vault and they will be able to customize their characters (like in previous Fallout games, though the system has been improved in various ways).

Bethesda has added a photomode to the game’s character customization via which players can share their images with other players.

When players level up, they will pick a special that they want to increase. The game will feature all the main 7 specials and after players pick the one they want to increase they will then pick a perk in that special. Players will also be able to combine their perks/cards with other cards in order to create a more powerful version of them.

Fallout 76 is set in West Virginia  and players will work together, or not, to survive. Under the threat of nuclear annihilation, players will experience the largest, most dynamic world ever created in the legendary Fallout universe.

The game is currently scheduled for a November 14th release!

  1. ??Country roads, no more mods, online only, Todd Howard is a LIAR, Bethesda launcher sucks, take me home, to New Vegas, a fallout that doesnt suck, country roads??

Cant wait for the next fallout, that wont have anything to do with Fallout with the rate they are going, Seriously they destroyed Fallout.

  2. This was their solid chance for a decent info dump to prove us all wrong on our well experienced-backed guesses of what this truly is with tons of real gameplay, just as BGS has done with every other game in the past that’s discussed well before release.

But just as anyone can see, FO Shelter made them so much damn money, so a lot is being hidden from everyone, or verrrry carefully redirected, because it too is just a card pack/paid mod marketplace centered, soulless MMO designed like all other MMOs to funnel manipulated or envious players into the yet to be shown in-game store. Oh wait almost forgot. AKA Live Serrrrrrrvices. *horf*

Oh well, there’s always other games to look forward to. Not missing out on anything.

  3. I’m sorry Bethesda but I hope your game is an absolute failure so that every Fallout and Elder Scrolls game in the future isn’t like this.
