Ubisoft will reveal tomorrow a new trailer for Assassin’s Creed Mirage which, as you may have guessed, has been leaked online. This 6-minute trailer features, among other things, new gameplay footage from this new AC game.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is an homage to the series, and a particularly special tribute to the first Assassin’s Creed. Inviting players to immerse themselves in a magnificent ninth-century Baghdad at the peak of its Golden Age, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage will offer a narrative-driven action-adventure experience with a modern take on the parkour, stealth, and assassinations gameplay elements that have defined the franchise for over fifteen years.
Now what’s really cool here is that Ubisoft will implement a classic visual setting. This setting is basically a desaturated filter that will make the game’s art style similar to those of the first Assassin’s Creed game.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will release on October 12th. This game will be exclusive to Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect, and will not release on Steam (at least at launch).
Enjoy!

At least you can only play as one character. So the narrative of the story should be more defined compared to the past games without a single character.
Its Ubisoft dont expect much from them especially when they are the first company boasting about AI driven writing …
Basim : Do you know where Al Shahid is?
Vendor : No but I have an offer on some nice turbans, only $69.99.
AC-II is still the best …
the RPG s**t that followed after Syndicate were not AC games.
Odyssey might be a good(?) RPG game but definitely not an AC game
why it feels like low budget assassin game ?
Cross-gen title, that’s why. We’re two and a half years into the current generation, so games that are also on older generation platforms really do stand out in a bad way.
I hate how this engine looks.
High settings (High quality) + TAA + 100% Res scale, Stable ~100fps,
Less than 5GB of VRAM usage.

Once they add their own DRM, VMProtect, and Denuvo you’ll need a lot more specs than this. Interesting that they’re using DX12 now, I still favour Vulkan.
Valhalla was also using DX12, this is nothing new.
ah really, I wish they used Vulkan like in Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
Nah, look again closely at the number of “AvRAM” (probably meaning allocated vRAM) in the screenshot you posted:
It clearly reads 47707MB, which roughly translates to around 48 GIGABYTE of (allocated) vRAM!
Meaning Ubisoft’s PC running the game has either a dual 3090 or 4090 GPU setup.
And Ubisoft’s DX12 developers are able to fully saturate both GPUs vRAM pools, which means they must be way more talented than we give them credit for… ;D
No matter how much you hate ubi, but judging only by the trailers of Mirage, you do wish this game to be good. I know its long lost hope, but still just saying.
They will manage to f it up somehow, no doubt.
Genuinely interested in an AC game after a while…I love the original 2 games that defined the franchise, and this being connected in setting, gameplay, and narrative style to those intrigues me.
Stable, ~100fps, 1080p, TAA, 100% Res scale.
Less than 5GB of VRAM usage.

The first 40 seconds of the video tell you all there is to now, it’s basically “we have no new ideas, no innovation, we don’t know where to take the franchise next, so we made it like the first games”.
And exactly WHAT does this game have that bomb game AC: Syndicate lacked ? Boring trash.
