Lost Ark is an action RPG we really want to see in the West. The game is currently available to the Korean market and in order to celebrate the launch of its second closed beta phase, SmileGate released a brand new trailer for it.
While Lost Ark has been under development for a few years, it still looks absolutely beautiful. Now we don’t know whether SmileGate will bring this game to the West, or when the game will be fully released in Korea. Our guess is that Lost Ark will be released in late 2017 in Korea, but that’s just a mere assumption and nothing more.

first time they released that lengthy beautiful looking gameplay trailer for this i thought i wouldn’t play any other game than this, i was in love with this game, that was many years ago and i’m not into rpgs anymore except for rpgs that obsidian makes

I’ve actually been praying for this game to have a western release for 3 years now. and now it’s finally happening. it definitely has plenty of diversity.
I like the general look and idea of the whole game itself, but I don’t like the online focus. I just want a Diablo like game that puts a focus on offline play as well as giving you the choice to play co-op with friends.
yes, yes I’m well aware of X game coming later this year or 2018, or a game that exists now (because there is always, always that one person that likes to believe we have a f*ck ton of diablo clones oozing out of the stores).
This one and Lineage Eternal are on my radar for some time now.
