A couple of days ago, we shared a new trailer for the first-person horror game, ILL. And today, IGN shared a new trailer for it, showcasing 2 minutes of raw gameplay footage.
From what I can see, this trailer features the first 2 minutes of the game. In this starting area, the main protagonist explores some rooms, finds a gu,n and encounters an enemy.
ILL promises to be a first-person horror game with a strong story. You play as someone trapped in a creepy town that has gone completely mad. Your goal is to find out what caused everything to go so wrong.
The game aims to be full of scary and intense moments, especially with its realistic body horror and detailed monster designs. Enemies act differently depending on how you fight them, and you can break or damage their bodies in different ways.
You’ll need to think smart to survive—using different weapons, crafting items, and exploring the world around you. Every choice matters in this dark and unforgettable horror adventure.
To survive against terrifying monsters, you’ll need to adapt fast. Use different strategies, search for important supplies, craft helpful tools, and upgrade your weapons.
Forget your normal everyday life—this game takes you on a dark and thrilling adventure. You’ll uncover a creepy story and face intense horror in a town that was once quiet and safe.
The game will feature a detailed weapon system where you’ll need to check for gun problems, pick the right ammo, and keep your weapons in good shape. Each weapon feels real in the character’s hands because of special animations that make them move naturally.
As you explore the world, you’ll find different types of ammo and ways to upgrade your weapons. You’ll have to think carefully and make smart choices to survive. One wrong move could be the difference between staying alive or not.
Surviving in the game will be a challenge. You’ll need to carefully manage your items, collect useful stuff, and craft the tools you need. You’ll have to balance your weapons, limited ammo, and important supplies. The world is harsh, but everything you find can help. To stay alive, you must think smart, adapt quickly, and make the right choices.
ILL will be powered by Unreal Engine 5 and, as you will see, it looks stunning. Sadly, though, we still don’t have a release date. The devs haven’t also shared the game’s PC requirements. So, we’re likely looking at a late 2026 release date. So, that’s kind of a bummer.
Anyway, ILL is a game I’m really looking forward to. The fact that we also got some raw gameplay footage from it is quite positive. After all, a lot have been calling it a vaporware. So, no. This isn’t a fake game. This is real.
Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!

scripted realtime cutscenes+30 seconds of gameplay
Yup, and even with that is still looks great. Can't wait to see more
What a weird transition at the 10 second mark, the character animation seems he bumped a door and also like he jumped the tiny window in the door? It's like the devs coudn't make up their mind if they wanted the character to jump a window or bust a door open, is that just me or did you guys noticed it?
Exactly! I thought he had passed through that little window, but the animation was as if he just had teleported outside after breaking it.
Looks insane im Hyped AF
That didn't look like 2 mins of gameplay. That head movement and sliding up against the wall instead of turning was either cutscene, or this whole thing was a pre-render.
3 grains of salt needed, since it's Mundfish and we all saw how Atomic Heart was presented and how it was at release.
How is the crack status of that one? Still the leaked dev release?
Really don’t know that, lad!
Yes, unfortunately. It's still the leaked dev release even after over 2 years. I just wonder how many years their contract with Denuvo for Atomic Heart could be.
Some companies like (((Squeer Enix))) seemingly have become apparent what their Denuvo subscription plans are. For now, their games have constantly removed Denuvo after exactly 3 or 6 months, 1 exact year or 1.5 years and then they remove Denuvo from them.
Some companies are just one of the worst Denuvo bootlickers out there, Sega still haven't removed Denuvo from Sonic Colors Ultimate even 4 years later, and Jewbisoft outright never removes them even after their gaymes get cracked.
Keep in mind that before 2020 (when the leaked Denuvo Crytek documents revealed it), Denuvo was merely a one-time payment and then it was a permanent implementation, but after 2020, Denuvo became subscription-based and then companies that implement it have to constantly pay for it or be forced to remove it (which of course, these are company secrets that nobody knows except themselves). This is why games released before 2020 still have Denuvo in them, regardless of whether they are cracked or not. Denuvo's greed and making it subscription-based have only benefitted pirates, LMAO!
👏🏻
If this is an actual game, and has good balance of survival horror and action, it will be a must play. Visuals + animations looks incredible!
The disgusting combination of motion blur and low FOV.
This has almost 1M views on IGN in 1 day, while the rest of the videos are around 10-25k, with a few exceptions around 125k. Unbelievable differential!
It looks a bit TOO good… My bullsh*tometer is flashing red lights and tingling like crazy… How many times have I seen stuff that looked a bit too good to be true… and in the end it never is.
And it's being made or published by Mundfish, the makers of Atomic Heart… Yup. 🚨🚩
The game became not impressive in the alleged gameplay and when the character began shooting the zombie.
