Here are 16 minutes of gameplay from the open-world action roguelite game, Ravenbound

IGN has shared a video, showcasing 16 minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming open-world action roguelite game, Ravenbound. This video shows off some aerial and combat gameplay, a town, a dungeon, and much more.

In this game, players will face off with creatures from fantasy and folklore like Trolls, Hulders, and the undead Draugr. Armed with steel imbued with magic, you must engage in fast-paced close combat where tactics are everything. Furthermore, knowing when to dodge is just as important as when to attack.

According to the game’s description, survival depends on playing your cards right in Ravenbound’s deck building feature. Players can expand their deck when a Vessel (aka a player) falls, selecting cards for more powerful gear, weapons, and magic.

There is currently no ETA on when this game will come out.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

  1. this doesnt look like an actual game but a fake pre rendered proof of concept video or a fake game shown in a movie or tv show.

  2. Open world action rogue light? Do genres just not have any meaning anymore? It’s literally impossible to be open world and rogue lite… It’s either procedurally generated or it’s open world. Those are two opposing ideas.
