Microsoft and The Coalition have shared a new video, showing 11 minutes of gameplay footage from Gears 5’s Escape mode. As the teams have noted, this video features gameplay with just 4/8 mutators enabled including the dreaded Aggressive Venom.
Escape is a multiplayer three-player challenge mode where players must infiltrate a hive, plant a bomb, and escape before being overrun.
Gears 5 will release on September 10th and promises to run exceptionally well on the PC. The Coalition has stated that the game was built with the PC platform in mind, so we are really curious to see how it runs on our platform.

Ah, the first game. When we saw a promissing thing and expected to receive a better one on the second title. What followed was only disappointment
I really enjoyed the second one I remember playing Horde mode for the first time with a group of friends it was so different and great fun at the time. 3 was also good but I didn’t like the Horde/multiplayer modes as much as 2.

Wonder why some even look at this footage since they claim to hate the series already..
I didn’t think it was that bad on consoles, seeing this makes me just hurt inside for console players, like that’s what they have to endure? So glad I dropped consoles in the 90’s. Then again I was on PC in the damn 70’s…

Gears became the template for a lot of games. the repercussions of becoming a popular franchise. if anything i see is the same formula in place. which gears is best known for. not much is new but then again it’s the fans that want it to be more or less the same. and i’m sure fans won’t settle for anything different.
