Microsoft has released a new gameplay trailer for Gears 5, showcasing its brand new Escape mode. Escape is a brand new three player co-op mode in Gears 5, featuring the “one and only” Victor Hoffman.
Escape is a multiplayer three-player challenge mode where players must infiltrate a hive. Players will then have to plant a bomb, and escape before being overrun.
Escape is a pretty cool mode that will promises to give diversity to Gears 5. Gears 5 will support cross-play support between Xbox One and the PC, and according to Microsoft Escape will benefit from it. This is obviously great news for those that plan to play this game on the PC.
Gears 5 will release on September 10th and promises to run exceptionally well on the PC. The game also featured a lot of graphics settings during its Technical Test, as well as an in-game benchmark tool.
