The Bearded Ladies have released a first gameplay video of their new IP, the tactical strategy game CORRUPTION 2029. The video explains the background story set in a dystopian America and shows several ways to solve conflicts against the inhuman enemies that got infected by the CORRUPTION.
This video also shows different types of weapons, special augmentation skills like shields, leaps, decoys and camouflage. Moreover, it features partially destructible environment and advantageous positions offer numerous opportunities to overcome the opposition.
CORRUPTION 2029 will have players command a squad of heavily augmented soldiers on a deadly mission to infiltrate an inhuman regime and discover the cause of an ominous corruption that turned America into an war-torn wasteland.
CORRUPTION 2029’s core mechanics will center around tactical, cover-based combat and stealth. Though an array of distinct weapons and skills, the game will offer multiple gameplay options to experiment with. As the press release reads.
The game will come out on February 17th on Epic Games Store.

The trouble with this genre is that nobody seems to be able to get the balance right.
Man theses games, late gen used to be the best ones, a bag full of mediocrity the current one has been.
This one at least gives me some of hope, plus i may get it for free thanks to uncle Timmy.
