IGN has shared a new video, showing the first gameplay footage from Deck13’s The Surge 2. This three minutes of gameplay footage will give you a glimpse at the game’s combat mechanics, and even though it’s a short clip, we are pretty sure that The Surge fans will discover some combat improvements.
The Surge 2 promises to feature larger and more ambitious level design, more brutal combat, and an expanded limb-targeting system. The game will also come with an even larger arsenal and array of abilities. Moreover, it will feature new enemies and bosses.
The Surge 2 is currently scheduled for a 2019 release.
Enjoy!

Was the first one any good? It came and went and I forgot about it.
Not that good, but surely a game to try
the difficulty felt a little bit unfair to me, let´s hope they improve on this one.
Not unfair at all, just a slightly harder than average games.
godamn, they upping up the stuff.
I tried that once for one hour, and after killing same robot in front of save point 20-30x in row, I burned game on disk, burned disk in microwave and swore on my cats grave, Ill never play same crap again!
If they still consider the lack of a map module, part of the game’s character, i definitely not gonna buy the second installment. I did like the first one. But after 40-50hrs or so, i quitted the game in frustration.
Map feature please!
