THQ Nordic has released a teaser trailer for Darksiders: Warmastered Edition. Darksiders: Warmastered Edition will feature native 4k support, higher-resolution textures, as well as rendering improvements and reworks. The game is coming to the PC on November 29th. Enjoy!

i actually just played through ds 1 and 2 around a month ago and i agree, the original pc version is way better looking especially at 1440p/4k
The only issue I know on PC is frame pacing, which is easily fixable via RadeonPro, Nvidia Inspector or MSI Afterburner by locking the game at 60 FPS.
With the remaster I hope they add another difficulty like they did with Darksiders 2 (Deathinitive Difficulty was added).

It runs native 4K/60FPS on PS4Pro, and looks exactly the same as PC version, also its a 15USD game.
If my eyes are not deceiving me, our beloved Chromatic Aberration is back at it again.

Did you see also the bad textures. And they talk about a remaster, no hope for this guys to make a good Darksiders 3. Just imagine with me if this franchise born at CD Projekt, Valve or Naughty Dog.
To be honest, I don’t mind much, well I mean, I don’t expect much anymore from the majority of remasters (especially after the PS4/X1 launched).
They are just touching up some minor things and bumping res to the new consoles, on PC not much else to it really.
Just don’t come expecting me buying it at a high price.

Looking pretty good outside of chromatic aberration. The original port is crap and doesn’t look very good unless you use SweetFX, so I’m actually okay with this. That said, I really want to know if it’ll be free or heavily discounted for existing owners.

Nice – this game desperately needed better shadow resolution and some AO. Still the closest to God of War you can get on the PC.
Nah, Castlevania is the closest to God of War. It’s almost identical. This is closer to a combat oriented Zelda game.
