Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies – Official Chaos Story Trailer

Activision and Treyarch have released the official story trailer for of the three Zombies modes that will be featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 promises to deliver the biggest Day 1 Zombies offering ever with three full experiences at launch: IX, Voyage of Despair, and Blood of the Dead.

Naturally, these three Zombies “experiences” will feature a brand-new cast of characters, new locations and new adventures. However, I am pretty sure that all COD fans will not prefer these Zombies “campaigns” over a full-fledged single-player mode that was featured in all previous Call of Duty games.

Here is what Activision had to say about the Zombies mode that is being showcased in this trailer.

“Scarlett Rhodes is out to solve her eccentric father’s mysterious disappearance. With the help of three loyal outcasts, she’ll fight waves of the undead and uncover a prized relic wielding an extraordinary power that threatens all of humanity.”

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 releases on October 12th!

    1. Yea me too. But then only to find out there’s a « story » mode for zombies. Huh. On another topic, i’d really like to see their BR version. Same foes for BF.

      1. Hang on… you’d like to see a battle royale mode… like a 64 player mode, on a huge map … for BF? Man, that would be sweet!

          1. Nope. Free for All mode for BF died out somewhere between BF:V and BF2 because nobody played it. It was boring, a campfest.

From everything I’ve heard, that’s all these BR games are. Personally can’t wait till it passes. At least for the non-casual shooter genre.

    2. i think they think that zombies mode and anything multiplayer/coop/online related stuff might sell more and be profitable for their franchise imo.

same like the battle royal influence in the recent years. many new BR titles have landed soon. sucks to not get a story mode for BO4 tho.

    3. They ran out of ideas of how a rag-tag team of hairy middle-aged super soldiers save America from those pesky cybernetic Russians. Plus one edgy scene.

  1. Single player cod campaigns are high budget. They’re trying to maximize profits. Also it was swapped in for a low effort Battle Royale mode, which apparently more people like.
