THQ Nordic has released a brand new trailer for Biomutant that explains its concept and gameplay mechanics. Biomutant is an open-word, post-apocalyptic Kung-Fu fable RPG that is coming to PC on May 25th.
The game will feature a unique martial arts styled combat system which will allow you to mix melee, shooting and mutant ability action.
According to Experiment 101, Biomutant’s martial arts style combat system promises to allow players maximum freedom of movement and agility. Moreover, players will be able to recode their genetic structure to change the way they look and play.
The game also aims to let players mix and match parts to create their own unique single- or double-handed slash, crush and pierce melee weapons. Players will also have full freedom when equipping their character. They will be able to choose their weapons, as well as the type of gear they wear.
Here are also the game’s official PC system requirements.

this video in a nutshell
“ratchet and clank, devil may cry, zelda, batman, xmen, star wars”
My turn
Its elex with a furry with devil may cry combat.
that thick a*s swedish accent though. makes sense, anything with a little bit of creativity in it ought to come from those countries.
“Furry” the game
That was a very..ODD way to promote the game.
They guy narrating sounds like he barely cares. He “Guesses” alot about the game’s features.
He sounds like a youtuber trying to sound like he doesn’t care.
Anyway, still excited for the game. It seems like the type that feels good to play
He sounds like he is talking to an interviewer, not that he doesn’t care. He didnt make any guessing he seems to know the game very well.
Please be good, please be good, please be good…
The usual moaning and negativity on here but the gameplay actually looks pretty good.
I wonder how combat in this game feels like, because you can’t really tell just by watching gameplay footage.
There seems to be a lot of choice to it so hopefully it’s good. At least it’s something a bit different from the norm.
looks polished and the devs aren’t pretending to reinvent the wheel, they’re humble. good signs.
