Yesterday, Adam Orth, creator of ADR1FT, shared a video showing 9 minutes of gameplay footage from his space survival game. And today, Adam revealed yet another video showing 9 minutes new gameplay footage. Powered by Unreal Engine 4, ADR1FT will be coming to the PC in Q1 2016 and will be a featured launch title for the Oculus Rift Virtual Reality headset. Enjoy!

“gameplay”
Yes gameplay.
Watch me play is more like it.
You navigate through the environment, you replenish your O2, hear audiologs, access terminals and has definite goals.
I see plenty of gameplay. 🙂
you must be trolling.
Nope, I’m totally serious.
so what you saying is that it is gone home but instead of walking you are swimming around with no air.
That would be a good way to put it, yeah.
Why does the screenshot above this news’ headline looks better than in gameplay (0:40)?
Because youtube has compressed the video to “shi*” quality while the screenshot above “may” have been an in-game screenshot
Yeah, but colors are different. The ones in the video are yellowed.
So I think it may be a pimped render.
we have seen this last year
This is something I’m really looking forward to going through in VR. It doesn’t seem like a game-y game, but more a narrative experience.
Years ago, “games” like Dear Esther were ahead of the curve; VR experiences made as games before the proper medium for similar titles existed.
They better have a toggle for that f***ing annoying breathing sound or I’m not going anywhere near this game. It’s so unbearable and I don’t think it’s even realistic…aren’t you supposed to breathe calmly through your nose in order to have better overall oxygen control?
Consider that is a stressful situation though.
Being adrift, wrecked space station/space ship, running low on oxygen, people dead.
The same sneering Adam Orth that came up with the dealwithit line I take it
No thanks
