IGN has shared a new video, showing 11 minutes of gameplay footage from the dark psychological thriller, Martha Is Dead. The game will release later this year on PC, and this gameplay video will give you a glimpse at how the game looks and plays.
Developed by LKA, Martha is Dead is in development for Xbox Series X and PC. Building upon LKA’s signature style of deep multi-layered narratives, Martha is Dead combines real-world locations, working in links to historical events, superstition, folklore, and deep psychological distress.
Martha is Dead will be using Unreal Engine 4. Viewed in first-person, players will witness this dark period of history through the eyes of a young woman. This young woman seeks the truth but also has secrets of her own to hide.

you know what pisses me off about these kind of games? That they cant do some good scripted moments if their life depended on it. They get the scripting right since everything is hard scripted to death like a damn movie, but the direction is way off, you tell me if that “jumpscare” was well done at all, it wasnt.
These “games” should just be CGI movies
Why all these games only happen in the dark??!! Can’t we have games in broad daylight with lots of people around us to interact. These games are becoming unsocial and gloomy day by day. This answers why the new generation are becoming unsocial and depressed.
