CRYENGINE-powered Enemy Front gets a new In-Engine Teaser Trailer

CI Games has released a new in-engine teaser trailer for it WW2 FPS title, Enemy Front. Enemy Front will allow players to choose their preferred combat techniques including all-out combat, sniping, stealth and sabotage as they assume control of American war correspondent Robert Hawkins and align with resistance fighters opposing the Nazi regime across European battlefields. New Alien Rage: Unlimited Update Addresses Performance & Adds FOV Slider

Now that’s the spirit. CI Games has released a new update for Alien Rage that improves the game’s performance as it comes with optimizations for its FXs, Materials, Dynamic lights and Streaming. Not only that, but CI Games has also implemented a FOV slider for those who could not stand the default FOV settings. To make things even better, CI Games has also added mouse smoothing and smooth frame rate options to it. As always, this update will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client, and you can view the complete changelog below. Alien Rage Unlimited – PC Performance Analysis

If we were to take our PC Performance Analysis of Shadow Warrior and change the game’s title, we could be very well looking at Alien Rage Unlimited’s PC Performance Analysis article. You see, Alien Rage faces similar optimization issues (although there isn’t any ‘Mirrors’ setting that cripples the CPU) with Flying Wild Hog’s title; there are scenes that are as unoptimized as they can get and both of these games scale on quad-cores but do not take advantage of them. To put it simple – Alien Rage Unlimited has issues that have not been fixed/addressed yet, despite the game already receiving three patches. Alien Rage Releases Tomorrow, Launch Trailer Unleashed, Leaked Gameplay Video Included

CI Games has released the launch trailer for its upcoming sci-fi FPS title, Alien Rage. In Alien Rage players will encounter a powerful thru-the gun experience as they blast their way through Alien forces hell-bent on taking them down. Battling through 14 intense levels, players will encounter an onslaught of enemies and eight heavy-weight bosses that will test players FPS skills. The game is scheduled for release tomorrow on PC, X360 and PS3. A gameplay video has also been leaked that can be viewed below. Enjoy!
