BioShock Infinite pushed back to 2013

We bet that a lot of gamers have been waiting anxiously for the third part of the Bioshock series. The game was slated for a 2012 release, however it seems that PC (and console) gamers will have to wait a little bit more as 2K Games announced today that the game is now planned to launch worldwide on February 26, 2013. Bioshock Infinite Heavy Hitters Part 4: Siren

Irrational and 2K Games have released the fourth and final part of their Heavy Hitters video series for Bioshock Infinite. This time, the studios give us a glimpse of the Siren enemy that will be featured in Bioshock: Infinite. Ken Levine, Nate Wells and Shawn Robertson speak about this new enemy in this video. 2K Games and Irration Games have released the third installment of their Heavy Hitters, showcasing the Boys of Silence. Instead of brute force and heavy artillery, these guys only use sound — it’s all they’ll need to get your adrenaline flowing as you check your ammo and run for cover. Bioshock Infinite: Heavy Hitters – The Motorized Patriot

2K Games and Irrational Games released a new trailer for Bioshock Infinite that gives us a first look at the Motorized Patriot heavy hitter aka George Washington with a mini-gun in BioShock Infinite. Bioshock Infinite puts players in the role of Booker DeWitt, a hard-bitten former Pinkerton agent, together with the revolutionary AI companion, Elizabeth. Bioshock Infinite Coming On October 19th 2012

Great news for all Bioshock fans out there, as 2K Games has announced today that BioShock Infinite will be available in North America on October 16, 2012 on X360, PS3 and PC. The title will be available internationally on October 19, 2012. Developed by Irrational Games, BioShock Infinite won more than 75 editorial awards at E3 in 2011, including the Game Critics Awards’ Best of Show. New ‘1999’ mode announced for Bioshock: Infinite

Now here is something interesting. Irrational Games has built a survey to see whether the fans would welcome a new mode for their upcoming first-person Bioshock game, Bioshock: Infinite. Bioshock Infinite – Dev Diary showcases Tears: Windows Into Other Worlds

2K Games released a new developer diary for Bioshock Infinite. As Ken Levine describes, Elizabeth is not a scientist but she has the ability to interact with a kind of science that has been done in this period and the kind of science that has been done by Einstein and others. Every citizen can see the tears of Columbia but Elizabeth can interact with them. As a result of that, she can pull objects into your world or materialise any one of a number of different tears.
