Electronic Arts and DICE have revealed a new screenshot for Star Wars: Battlefront. Star Wars: Battlefront releases this year and its open beta will begin this October. In this open beta, players will be able to play three modes: Walker Assault, Survival Mission and Drop Zone (you can find more details about Drop Zone here). It means console gamers don’t like complex games and why classic PC games brought to console are dumbed down, limited, no mod support. Justs look at the new doom editor and Fallout editor, it’s kids play.

So since they are taking out the single player does that mean they are using the visuals of the single player and putting them in the MP? Cause if you go off these screens it would make it the best looking MP game on the freaking planet.
I hope these are not bullshots cause I been waiting for MP games to look as good as single player games.

in engine bullshots, really small maps, always online and maybe denuvo on top of that, no single player, no space battles, no mods, no server browsing,EA ,nice graphics.

:))) amir, so if it doesn’t have single player now why would it need an offline mode ?why can’t it be always on ? this is battlefront the mp game not some version from your imagination. Everything you listed is true and could have made the game better arguably, except the always on dislike on an mp only game of this kind from a company that has it’s own steam like service.
At least it looks amazing. Too bad the game wont be on pair with the gfx.
No interest. Expectations were already low after recent EA disasters but they still managed to disappoint me. It’s going to be half as*ed game praised by some critics due to marketing but will be bashed to death by users and youtubers.
