Resident Evil 4 HD Project – New comparison screenshots show phenomenal improvements

Albert has released some new comparison screenshots between the modded and the vanilla versions of Resident Evil 4. Resident Evil 4 HD Project looks fabulous and Albert claimed that he has added extra 3D detail and shadows in this particular scene. It’s worth noting that Albert believes that there’s room for further detail in certain stones and cliffs, so things may improve even further. Still, Resident Evil 4 HD Project looks glorious, so be sure to check the comparison screenshots after the jump!

        1. Yup, and we are talking about a huge number of textures aswell, 15 to 20gb acording to them so yeah this thing requires a lot of patience. 🙂

          1. Well, they will probably divide it, or compress, but yeah, huge download still. The Village part that they released is around 4gb, so yeeeaahh… I’m crying already ;-;

  1. I’m sure it will come out just in time to be compared to “RE4 – 4K SPECIAL EDITION”. I bet Capcom is just going “He’s still there? C’mon, man! We need to release our product!” 😀 😀

    Or not…..at least he’s doing something constructive 😀

  2. Is this connected to the upcoming Resident Evil 4 HD re-release on PS4/XB1? I’ll def buy that “remaster” if it looks this good

    1. Nope, fan project, completely unrelated to anything & everything CAPCOM does in service of further defiling the Resident Evil IP & associated legacy.
