4A Games has released a brand new hotfix patch for Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition. According to the release notes, the May 21st Update adds support for the PlayStation 5 DualSense Controller.
Furthermore, this patch fixes two bugs/issues and a crash. For instance, it fixes an issue where Vsync would lock to 60fps even when higher refresh rate is possible.
As always, Steam, GOG, Windows Store and Epic Games Store will download this update the next time you launch their clients. Below you can also find its complete changelog.

The haptics is working but adaptive triggers not yet 🙁
they work for me, make sure you turned off ds4 windows or other programs. I dont have ps5 just the controller so it was first time experiencing everything and i must admit those triggers are so fun to play with, hope more games will support it.

Nah, it’s trash. They purposely built it so that drift happens, forcing you to buy a new controller. It’s planned obsolescence.

I’m thinking I’ll buy it in a year or so. Hopefully by then it will be a second run of manufacturing and some of the quirks will be worked out.
The dualshock 4 changed significantly over the years with the most recent one feeling much better than the launch controller.
im using mine since day1, i PLAY A LOT. Still works perfectly. That said over years i burned thru about 3-4 ds4 controllers because of drift, then i learned you can buy 1$ replacement part from china and fix it in in about 30 minutes…
Maybe they could fix the broken a*s save system. I can’t even load a game. It only loads the latest save no matter what.

I have just bought the CX55 and thats why using or try using a damn controller. But I have a nice Corsair K63 wireless keayboard with Lapcouch to follow and iron Claw wireless mouse. So you just STFU!

Still in use: CH Flightstick, Gravis Xterminator, Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 (x2), Steam Controller (x2), and DualShock 4.
I use my controller (Steam Controller) only for FIFA and some racing games. I use KB/M for everything else.

This is awesome… Wish the update could trickle to non enhanced edition because in this current situation, every gamer is difficult time to sn*tch RTX GPU to play the game even if they want to. We have to cater with the GPU we have for now
