    1. Well, apparently i can’t post a youtube video…….. You can search for “10,000 Zombies Vs Giant Blender – The Black Masses(Dismemberment Demo)” if this is what you’re talking about.

      1. OH NOT THAT, I KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT THOUGH!

Idk, i thought this was the zombie game people said would be better than overkills the walking dead because it had tons of more zombies or something.

    2. Yeah. Just don’t forget that quite a bit of limitations has been software oriented. An engine needs to be able to translate commands from what the game is attempting to accomplish and translate it across available hardware. DX11 is just finally at the point where it can accomplish this as Devs finally started getting a clue in the 3 or so years.

This is why sometimes what seems like something hardware should be able to handle, but isn’t, is more times than not a software issue.

          1. Looks like you are unable to proove that your staement is right ….
You cant tell me someting then after asking why do you think that you respond with personal attack ….
You sir are unable to hold a civil conversation….
            Same….

          2. i’m right though because if you don’t know why you can’t rely on official requirements you don’t have the brain capacity to conversate over it and that’s why i’m insulting you instead of arguing with you.

          3. It’s just that there is no industry standard for these recommendations (minimum and recommended). The FPS aren’t given. If it’s 30 FPS average for a shooter then it’s far from ideal. The resolution isn’t given. The settings aren’t given.

    1. i play on 960p with black borders with a gtx 1080ti. that’s what i’m used to since childhood, besides that helps your card to run under 50 degrees all the time.

    2. “Your 970 IS dead and old for anything above 1080p”
Oh sorry i forgot…. the new standard is 4K and 30fps…..
970is fine for 1080p…. And i have 2 of them so i am happy ….

“and anything that was released in the past 2 years”

I dont no man Overwatch runs 4k 100+ FPS .. Now insert some unoptimalized AAAgame to prove me wrong .. . .

      1. BFG I understand you’re upset, and you want to defend your POS graphics card with every ounce of will you have. Unfortunately for you I work in computer repair and have diagnosed countless PC issues related to hardware and have advised many more people than come to my store about what to do for better performance in relation to hardware upgrades.

Having said that, the 970 WAS a great card, and still is at 1080p. However, games have moved forward and are using more GPU memory all the time for higher resolution textures etc etc, no matter your 1080p resolution. Your card is 3.5GB of VRAM, not going to cut it. The new standard is 1440p 120hz/144hz. Congratulations however on having two worthless cards that has no effect on your VRAM limit, which means you’ll end up with stuttering and a whole mess of other issues in the near future.

Overwatch was developed for the lowest common denominator, namely people like you who refuse to upgrade their hardware and would otherwise complain that current games are “Unoptimized”. Unoptimized in the sense that your 4+ year old hardware isn’t going to cut it anymore. Truthfully it comes down to standards and your disposable income, I have high volumes of both so I will not accept lower quality than 1440p 144hz. 4K is being pushed by people simular to you in that they don’t know what they’re talking about, and just want a cool buzzword and flashy sub 40 fps visuals.

  1. Are you under the impression software has nothing to do with simultaneous units on the same map, NPC or otherwise, and how an engine uses resources?

Deferred context is not required I take it?

    1. Perpendicular profundity pertaining positiveness purposefully proposing whiteness over blackness purports proscriptive pressure placed by patriarchy.
