Ubisoft has just announced that the open beta phase for The Division will begin on February 19th on the PC. As Ubisoft noted, the Open Beta will run through February 21st.
The Open Beta will include an all new story mission for players to explore in their pursuit to take back New York. Moreover, everyone who participates will be rewarded with a special in-game reward which will unlock for players when the full game is released.
Ubisoft has also released a new trailer for The Division that can be viewed below.

I don’t think you need to download another client. The one you have should work hopefully!
Well, time to try it out then and see it for myself. I don’t care about the downgrade anymore, I want to see if the game is good enough for a coop experience with some friends.
