  1. Ubisoft should have a closed Alpha, Beta & Gamma before they release all their games. If they do this their games will be far less buggy and much more likely to garner higher reviews from both critics and users.

    1. This was exactly my first reaction. Maybe they’ll fix some net code bugs, but I’m not at all confident that any player input will have an effect on a finished Ubisoft game. If this were true we wouldn’t have gotten the same Assassin’s Creed game 8 times.

  2. More like a demo youll probably have to pre-order to have a better chance of getting in. As if Ubisoft listen to what gamers want.

      1. a nice and well designed single player campaign is better than anything for a game that used to be like that. multiplayer only = s**t

        1. I mean it does have a single player, probably won’t be good. But a lot of people just care about multiplayer now a days.

          1. i hope it does but i doubt it. yes but lets see some great games and they are all single player only. shadow of mordor ? great game, sold well and it’s single player only, same as wolf, new releases ? people are hyped for games like witcher 3, batman AK and just caus 3, they are all single player only games. gta 5 have a broken multiplayer but it sold tens of millions because of it’s single player, skyrim ? more than 30 million copies and single player only. can we say the same thing about Evolve ? no, can we say the same thing about Elder Scrolls Online ? no. people care more about single player in my opinion, thery are only some multiplayer games that are successful.

it’s more like some developers like multiplayer more than consumers, they don’t have to worry about story, content etc… just put a map and some repetitive objectives and sell it.

          2. Huh, personally I don’t care for any of the games you mentioned above. But elder scrolls online and evolve aren’t the best examples. How about wow, dota 2, counter strike, lol, h1z1, etc. Personally I like single player games a lot more than multiplayer ones, but your reasoning is ridiculous.

          3. as i already said only a handful of online only games are successful. they are more chance to fail specially if your game has nothing new or something wrong with it.

    1. From the FAQ: “Note: These specs are the ones required for Alpha testing and are not the final PC specs. We are still working on optimizing the game and the launch specs will be lower than the Alpha specs.”

          1. Unity can run on a 750 ti, now “run” is debatable but the point is that ubisoft is lying to cover up the fact they cant fix their stuttering on budget cards.

  3. There are so many multiplayer games – how they fill rooms I have no idea. Besides, isn’t 99% of everyone in a multiplayer game playing Dota 2?

    1. Oh, yeah – I guess someone should post this:

      1. Same was with BF Hardline on the first “Alpha stage” and was running perfect with much better system requirements .

          1. No but from Ubisoft and for this kinda req i will expect to run very bad!
Hardline i played it on the 1st Alpha and the 2nd and was running perfect 🙂

  5. The last great Rainbow 6 game I played was Battlefield 3’s Group Deathmatch (I think that was the name).

Multiple teams of six players would rove about and kill each other in confined spaces. It was intense! It was up to the players to stick with their teammates – those that ran off and did their own thing would die quickly, or if you got separated from the group.

    1. yeah I’ve been waiting for the next Rainbow Six installment ever since Vegas 2 and Its a shame Rainbow 6: Patriots was cancelled.

  6. PC exclusive? Lol it’s just probably a short Timed exclusive. Doing exclusive on PC is a bad idea (if you are not Blizzard) and with Ubisoft broken reputation, sales going to be bad and it will shortly available for consoles.

  7. Signed up. Lied about meeting requirements because those are bunk any way. I just can’t say no to destruction physics.
