AkFumbles has released a pretty interesting mod for the PC version of Halo: Reach. As its title suggests, this mod allows you to play the entire single-player campaign via a third-person camera viewpoint. This is something that a lot of Halo fans have wished for, and it’s finally a reality.

Right now, we don’t know whether there are any bugs or glitches with this third-person mode. The modder did not share any such issues, so you may not encounter any bugs at all.

For our part, we strongly suggest downloading the mod. After all, it will allow you to experience this Halo game via a completely different perspective.

AkFumbles also claimed that he will release a future version for Firefight too.

        1. Reach already offered over 2 hrs of 3rd person game play. (fact)
        2. Dismounted Turrets were 3rd person only. (fact)
        3. executions were already in 3rd person. (fact)
        4. vehicles have always been in 3rd person. (fact)

  5. Honestly the only thing I want right now is a fix for the sound mixing and an option to modify the viewmodel which is gigantic in the current state.
    Changing all of the 6 viewmodel values in the .ini file do nothing
