Epic Games is currently giving away for free the atmospheric hunting game, theHunter: Call of the Wild. From today and until December 2nd, PC gamers can visit its EGS page and acquire their free copy.

This is a great game even if you’re not into the hunting part, awesome graphics if a bit janky UI and abusive DLC policy aka the maps are so huge you need the DLC atv to get around until you discover a network of cabins to fast travel. Each map is 25sqmi and there are around 8 of them, the base game includes 2-3. So this can be 200sqmi of nature terrain, easily one of the largest open world games ever. Each map has single player story based missions and challenges too, the early maps are best with the later ones having only thin storyline and no challenges. I’ve heard online is fun but SP for me is great, relaxing and can be a hiking sim or just exploring the maps etc

I only wish they would offer proper discounts on the DLCs as packs. But overall, this game is really, really good! It teaches you proper bullet usage, wind, and drops. It is beautiful, peaceful, and great.

No, there is a theHunter free version and the more graphically improved version, which is paid.
Not sure but I know that you can play all the maps free if you are online co-op. The complete version is overpriced and it’s still up on the OTHER sites gratis.
useless because most of the other maps have to be bought , this version without dlc is $2 anyways on steam which is already cheap ash so no need to own it on epic spyware
They should implement vr. It seems to be a good game but I don’t want a ccp spyware in my ssd so I will try torrent version.
