XSEED Games has announced that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is coming to Steam on February 14th. Trails of Cold Steel II (Sen no Kiseki II in Japanese) is a direct sequel to Trails of Cold Steel, picking up one month after the decisive collision that changed the fate of the entire nation of Erebonia.
The PC version of the game will feature 50% more lines of English voice-overs, bringing a fresh experience to even those who have played it before on console. Moreover, the PC version will include ultrawide aspect ratio support, turbo mode, and an instant resume feature that allows players to launch directly from Steam to their most recent save.

I’m just hoping this is one step closer to XSEED getting the localization rights to Sen 3 rather than NISA (along with asking Durante to make a 3rd port for em).

“50% more has been added to PC”. Nah it’s more like 50% has been added to PC, which will make it’s way to consoles. Anything exclusive given from the Japanese is always timed in one way or another. Stop sugar coating it to make it sound like something truly unique and just given out of compassion towards the platform, it’s not.
So what if it does. I thought us PC gamers are above petty console wars.
We are. But I’d for once like for a dev to actually put something out, that doesn’t require parity for others.
