The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is available for free today on Bethesda’s launcher

Bethesda has announced that The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is currently available for free on its launcher. This free offer will only last for one day and once you acquire your free copy, you will be able to keep your game in your library forever.

All you have to do in order to acquire your free copy is use the following code in order to redeem the game on Bethesda’s launcher.

“TES25TH-MORROWIND”

As said, this offer will only last for one day (meaning that it will end on March 26th) so go ahead and acquire your free copy if you are remotely interested in this classic The Elder Scrolls game (and provided you don’t mind installing the Bethesda launcher).

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind was released in 2002, is a first-person RPG and allows you to create and play any kind of character you want. You can choose to follow the main storyline and find the source of the evil blight that plagues the land, or set off on your own to explore strange locations and develop your character based on their actions throughout the game.

Have fun!

  1. Sweet. Don’t give two f*cks about launchers and having to download them in order to play games. For Morrowind, I’d do just about anything.

          1. Did I say I was downloading it? No. Bethesda is now a joke of what it was. Casualized crap, nowadays.

I was just calling you out on being a whiny little manchild.

          2. The lack of self-awareness in that post is astounding

            >has a chinp out
            >calls somebody else an SJW N*gger while completely acting like both.

Oh you sweet summer child, your genuinely retarded.

  2. Try harder, Zenimax. Shove your bethesda(dot)net and anti-consumer business practices where the sun don’t shine.

  3. Many can’t log in due to invalid user / password errors. Terrible service with no option of support since you can’t log in to begin with.

  4. Ha-ha. I still have my official Russian (published by 1C) discs in shiny boxes, even stored in original plastic wrappers, on my shell: Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon.

  5. Bad News: Bethesda Launcher
    Good News: Invalid promo code
Great News: Already own it on Steam
Superb News: All future Bethesda games are back on Steam

    1. it’s not invalid, you just have to get the launcher – doesn’t work as a “coupon” code on the website (I just did and then uninstalled that crap as quickly as possible! btw delete bethesda’s program files folder if you do get the launcher, that garbage leaves half the folder behind (even though I pressed specifically “delete all the files” during the uninstallation))

  6. BTW. Bethesda have announced their return to Steam, including Rage 2. So at least they get a thumbs up for that 🙂

  7. Installed again (deleted when Quake Champions became free on Steam).
    Couldn’t connect to servers.
    Reseted password.
    Still can’t connect.
    Update: Connected but code unredeemable.
    Update 2: Uninstalled.

    LOL

  8. OK I’m saying it – Bethesda launcher is worse than Epic’s one. There’s no even “Library” tab. To buy the game, it redirects you to BROWSER.
