Tekken 7 – Latest update improves online matching functionality, adds NVIDIA Ansel support

Bandai Namco has released a new update for Tekken 7. According to the release notes, this patch improves online matching functionality and adds support for NVIDIA’s Ansel tech.

According to the team, PC players can take various screenshots using the Ansel camera in Offline mode.

Moreover, the online tournament functionality has been improved. As such, in this latest version of Tekken 7, If a host player disconnects the tournament another player will automatically become the new host.

Last but not least, leaderboards have been enhanced to show more info.

Tekken 7 – Patch 1.05 Release Notes:

  • Improved Online matching functionality: only player icon and disconnection rate would be displayed on player information screen during RANKED MATCH.
  • Improved ONLINE TOURNAMENT functionality: If a host player disconnects the tournament, automatically another player comes to be a new host. And, that tournament will be continued.
  • Leaderboards have been enhanced to show more info. Various other fixes and stability improvements have been done to online matchmaking and the tournament mode.
  • Additionally, the NVIDIA Ansel camera is now available on Steam! Now players can take various screenshots using the Ansel camera in Offline mode.

    1. You would want to use Ansel in this game if you want to use Ansel or any of the Ansel features to take pictures in this game. Many people like taking pictures in games and Ansel offers you many features to improve your in-game photography. This is why you may want to use Ansel in this game.

      1. Welp i don’t think it’s a beautiful enough looking game to warrant photography.

        But that’s my perspective. My comment was solely based on me not liking the art direction of this game.
