Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has more than 10 million unique players

Electronic Arts has announced that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has more than 10 million unique players on all platforms. Do note that the number of unique players does not equal with the number of sales. So yeah, the game did not sell 10 million units (in case you’re wondering).

Furthermore, EA has also revealed that FIFA 20 has more than 25 million unique players to date. Not only that, but in every quarter of fiscal 2020, monthly average players in The Sims 4 were higher than the comparable period in the prior year.

EA has also confirmed that it will release new versions of FIFA, NHL and Madden NFL in 2020. However, it’s still uncertain whether NHL will come out on the PC.

EA’s CEO Andrew Wilson said:

“We’re humbled to see people around the world connecting through our games during this unprecedented period. Our focus continues to be on everything we can do for our people, our players, and our communities. Thanks to the amazing dedication and determination of our teams at Electronic Arts, we’re able to deliver the games, experiences and content choices that our players are looking for during this challenging time.”

  1. Oh boy. So many “unique players”. Whichever bulls**t stat has the biggest number, is clearly the most important.

    1. A lot of folks are playing this through an Origin subscription and it’s games like this that draw people into those services. So it’s not just BS to count it this way.

    1. You don’t even know what you’re saying.
      Clearly didn’t buy it/play it.
Clearly has no viable/respectable opinion on the subject.

  2. What game do you like? I’d love to make a list of purely subjective negatives about it.

  3. Kudos to Respawn Entertainment for making a fun Star Wars game. Hopefully they will announced Fallen Order 2 at the Summer Game Fest.
