Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is the latest game from the team behind the Dark Souls series, FromSoftware, and is easily one of the most difficult games to date. And while a lot of gamers are frustrated by its challenging difficulty, PC gamers can use a mod that will enable an unofficial “Easy” mode.
The mod we are referring to is no other than the “Sekiro Fps Unlock And More” mod which we’ve featured here last week. Modder ‘uberhalit’ has been constantly working on this mod, and has implemented some new features to it.
In its latest version, PC gamers can enable an “Easy” mode by slowing down the player and the overall/global game speed. As such, and by using these modifiers, it will be now easier to block, deflect and avoid your enemy attacks.
Among other things, this mod also unlocks the framerate, adds FOV sliders, adds support for 21/9 widescreen monitors, enables borderless mode, enables GSync and Freesync for both full-screen and borderless modes, and displays hidden counters such as death/kill count and optionally log them to file to display in OBS.
In short, this is a must-have mod for all those that are currently playing Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice on the PC.
Those interested can download the latest version of the mod from here.
Have fun!

I love all the trainers made by this guy, @FLiNG…They work flawlessly, and I’ve been using his trainers since a long time.
True, but Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice really need a trainer like this. It turn the game to a Ninja Gaiden like game. The difficulty of this game is just impossible.
Totally agree with you. Some games really need a cheat/trainer to beat them, unless someone is a very highly skilled player. The same goes for DARK SOULS.
I’m just a casual gamer, and I love using cheats for most of the Games I play. Just for FUN though. Sometimes it gets a bit frustrating if you can’t beat any game which you are playing.
Get the maximum points and stuff to unlock the must badass weapons in the end of the game!!! what’s the point to have the must cool features of a any game when you are at 96% of the game?! I’m not the type of guy who when finished the game start a new game+ that’s why i use trainer specially in a game like tomb raider i like to have all weapons at the starts of the game. And for dark souls like games infinite health is my option die and die and die again is not my cup of tea, we don’t have all the time in the world.
MrAntiFun is the way to go. He does a trainer for literally everything and they always work. However he’s gotten busier so now he’s slower to do them, but I guess patreon helps.
Yes, I’ve used MrAntiFun’s Trainer as well, but sometimes his trainers lack most of the options which I want, so i prefer using trainers made by other groups (Fling, Baracuda, LinGon etc.)
But, I’m also a paid member of CHEATHAPPENS/CHU, and their trainers also work flawlessly…The subscription to their website can be expensive, but they provide quality clean trainers.
CHU also has trainers for every PC game title out there, both Indie and AA/AAA games…
Cheaters Win Twice
It’s not the same. Trainers go too hard towards one way, usually making things infinite or unbreakable or whatever, whereas what people actually want is usually just 2x life or 2x damage and nothing more, you know stuff that would be in a easy mode.
I can do that on my own. All I do is increase the resolution and graphics and I can slow time down to console level.
You have good sense of humor. 😀
Just getting one chuckle is all I need.
Why did the console player cross the street?
To render the buildings on the opposite side xD
Better play it with unlimited spirit emblem using cheat/trainer,thats what i call “easy mode”…
They should call it “Game Journalist Mode.”

It was done in the past
The speed modifier is part of Zullie’s “challenge mods” table made originally for Dark Souls. While it can be used to turn the game into a cakewalk, its true intention is making the game harder, not easier, but John in typical journo fashion can see it only as easy mode pandering to whiners.
” In short, this is a must-have mod for all those that are currently playing Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice on the PC. “
Don’t know, but why are we calling this a MOD, despite it being posted on NexusMods website ?
Because this cheat/hacking tool, seems to behave more like a TRAINER though, ’cause trainers alter memory addresses, when the game is running. They work in the background (similar to this tool).
But since the modder claims that this file is compatible with every game version, then we can call it a MOD of some sort, since trainers depend on the game’s version as well, though some trainers may work regardless of the game’s version/build.
BUT, this tool/patch does NOT modify any game files, and it needs to be started each time the game is loaded, so it’s not a mod.
Anyways, this is the exact definition of how trainer works in games.
“A trainer is a program written to intercept and alter the memory addresses of games that are running in the background. Usually trainers contain such features as GOD MODE, Infinite Ammo, UNLIMITED LIVES and others that sometimes aren’t pre-programmed into the game by its designers.
The most important thing to remember about trainers is that they usually have to be running in memory the entire time the game is loaded. Closing out the trainer will usually cause the cheats to become disabled (until the trainer is loaded again). Since trainers address specific memory locations, they are usually written to only support a specific version of a game”.
Finally a mod pandering to all the whiney gaming “journalists” on Twitter, maybe now they’ll be able to beat the first boss without the need for a walkthrough
Too bad there is nothing that can be done about the autistic, whining, manbaby losers who are so concerned about what other people do in their game, even when it doesn’t effect them….Maybe, just maybe, you should consider that your life might just be pathetic and you might just be a loser when your that concerned what other people do in their game….Ive already beat the game and I could care less what anyone else does, unless it directly effect my own game….
Nobody cares about what cheats or easy modes you put in your game if that’s what you’re referring to. People are just annoyed that whiny, autistic, manbaby game journos are stamping their feet for an easy mode when their job requires them to have at least an adequate amount of skill to play all sorts of games. They get paid to play to write about games and they can’t even get past a tutorial level in Doom 2016 or Cuphead.
If the conversation was simply framed in terms of features it would be one thing (and developers and readers alike could ignore them), but people who complain about the difficulty are acting as if they have been singled out and discriminated against (with many people outright conflating a high difficulty with accessibility bias against disabled people and such).
This essentially unduly politicises the difficulty issue when it really shouldn’t be a politicised issue at all. It goes further with comments like yours painting a “us vs them” narrative which simply isn’t happening…
No one would be lashing out at people crap at games if they weren’t vocally acting like they were being discriminated or quietly making their own mods. It’s alarmingly clear to me who the aggressors in this situation are. They should stop acting like victims. A game being hard is not some smoldering social issue. It. Just. Isn’t.
No one cares what they do in their single-player game, they care that are putting on airs, acting like victimised asshats, and worst of all, going on the attack against people that are doing absolutely nothing to them. And no, being called out for being a b*tch is not an attack that demands rebuke — it’s a fair point.
Some people are just too stupid to download a trainer AND play the game on console…
Did you miss all the bloggers complaining about Sekiros lack of easy mode, or are you a future videogames”journalist”?

Git gud or get rekt:Disabled quadriplegic shows why Sekiro doesn’t need an easy mode
what’s the point of this, just open cheat engine and use speedhack.
sad rly
F*ing autistic Journalist
I can’t wait to see what next dumb thing comes out in the gaming world in 2019. This is just sad. Are people really this pathetic? These games are about figuring out patterns. If it is so upsetting to certain people, then they should beat the game and use cheats after that.
So I am curious, do the people who want an easy mode want a lower threshold version of the experience more skilled players are having (i.e getting their a**es handed to them and being stuck for significant periods of time on a single boss), or do they actually want a brisk breezy experience?
The former would be true to what the developer intended, but is it what players really want?
If the answer is “no” then I think they have to begrudgingly admit this game isn’t for them, and the issue isn’t the game, but the player’s unwillingness to see and respect the game for what it is (which is a game that feels difficult to the player at their current skill level).
A developer isn’t obligated to deliver a product that isn’t their vision (in part or whole). That’s the exact opposite of what their job is.
I’ve forced myself to like plenty of games through sheer grit (ironically because I was a videogame writer and felt it was a prerequisite for review), but I’ve always done it on the game’s terms… after all, what reward is there forcing myself through if I don’t understand how the pieces fit at the end of it??
I haven’t played Sekiro because I don’t play dumb souls games, but, I’m pretty sure the “difficulty” in Sekro isn’t the game or player speed, but judging by previous games from From, the fact that the games all have sh*t hitboxes, wonky movement, bad facing controls, and the damage is massive.

What’s next is TN going to go back and add a “slowmode” to ninja gaiden?
I may get the game now.
